  2. I loved loved loved this dress! It was one of those dresses that I just kept coming back to in my search for a dress... I definitely agree with the white! post pics once you get it!
  3. I LOVE plain non fat yogurt with half a cup of fresh fruit(either strawberries, mango's, banana's, pears etc.) mixed with a tablespoon of all of these( raisins, cranraisins, crushed almonds, and instant oatmeal). I top it off with about a teaspoon of honey. DELISH and so good for you!

  5. You look gorgeous in #1. Not alot of people can pull the back of that dress and it looks perfect on you!
  6. Mr and Mrs. I tend to agree with the others . I dont think that any couple(be it man or woman) in their wedding should be introduced as Dr etc. its just not that type of occasion. hth!
  7. Aww hun ...I completely understand how you feel but just remember that even though he did some things before he has never experienced them with YOU. Try not to let those things get to you and know that everything YOU do with him is special regardless of what happened in his past because in his present you are his #1 .
  8. LOL! He sounds awesome! It think its adorable seriously it's who they are at that age ! And it makes for some awesome video footage and pics
  9. Hmm this is a hard one. I say this because shes the one throwing the AHR ykwim.. I guess maybe go over to her house one day and sit down with her over a cup of coffee and see if you can really try and explain your view and hope she would listen. If nothing works I would say on the day make it what you want it to be aka mingle and disappear when you so choose to.. Not much advice but its the only thing i could think of .. Hope she does get to understand you at some point and listens.
  10. Lol Lisa! Sorry for your MIL headaches! The grooms cake idea is definitely awesome! Another option would be just to tell her someone ordered a cake as a gift for you.. Or something... I know lying = bad bad but w/e at this point i think unless you tell her that her cake is a doodoopile I dont know if your going to be able to get her off your back.
  11. This was our cake. We wanted a cake that had some meaning to it. So we chose to have each layer represent each of us as individuals and in a final place represent both of us together(which was @ the beach were we went on our first date and where we got married). Each of the layers also had their own flavor which I loved since it gave me an excuse to eat more cake! hahaha!
  12. I went to Children's Place today and saw they had the linen pants pants in beige and blue and also the full linen suits for the little small ones! Super cute and linen shirts in all colors and they have a 25% off! They also have some Guayabera style shirts at Old Navy for the boys I had a super hard time finding these for our wedding! So wanted to share!

It's super annoying to me and my DH was the same about it (huge procrastinator) so I speak from experience lol. As the other girls said though, I would definitely not talk to the gf about it. Good luck! Agreed! My husband had a similar situation but there was something more behind him not asking his brother. So why he still hasn't asked? Well honestly only he knows. Just tell him he needs to make up his mind at some point and get the ball rolling on whoever he is planning to ask because the trip needs to be booked soon.
  14. Id definitely start narrowing choices through the net. See what type of styles you prefer etc. I also second the the not bringing more than 2 peeps with you. It just makes it harder to chose when you have to many opinions going around! You'll know when you find the dress you want. Try to stay open minded and definitely shop around give yourself time to chose and stay focused! Don't feel pressured into purchasing anything right away =)! Good luck and have fun dress shopping!
  15. Hello ladies. I come to you seeking advice on vendors to do my hair and make up for the AHR. As you know my IL's gift was paying for our AHR and my MIL has made it a very formal event so I would love for someone to do my hair and make up on location. Any advice is more than welcome even from those that have done BD poses !! Thanks a zillion!
  16. Everything looks gorgeous T! Its all so fabulous and YOU! Have a wonderful time at your wedding!
  17. My sweetheart is Taz . He is 12yrs old and still acts like a puppy!
