Tammy I had two different videographers send me sample DVDs of weddings and they both took place at the Fiesta Americana and it looked gorgeous. But I know that doesn't help you b/c you are not trying to have your wedding there, you just want to stay there. I don't have any contact info but maybe Tammy does. Didn't someone on this site get married at Fiesta? -Glenda

Till this day, I still don't understand how people have DWs for under $10,000. I swear it boggles my mind. I am def doing something wrong and I haven't even really started yet. LOL. Okay Melissa don't freak out yet. I don't know what you wear planning on putting in your bags but here are some suggestions: 1. Go to staples, they sell medicine packets and that kinds of stuff that can be really helpful. 2. You can also still order stuff online and have it overnighted. There are tons of places that will do this for you. 3. And lastly the market down there will have very cute stuff like maracas and other mexican goodies. If you want me to help you look for stuff online PM me and I will start doing emergency research ASAP. Don't stress we will help you. -Glenda

Oh man we are all going to end up getting married here! LOL. It would be so awesome. I want to get married here, I love it. My FI doesn't like it for some reason. Well that's not really true, he likes it but he likes the dreams better. I am so confused. I think I need a site visit. I need more info. Amy how many guests are you estimating? And when is the weather the best in PV? The only reason why I loved cabo so much is b/c the weather seems much safer. Hey guys in this month's modern bride they did featured a real wedding and this couple got married at this estate called The Aerie on a hilltop in Napa. The pictures are gorgeous. The Aerie boasts modern architecture, quirky decor and 15-foot exterior glass walls. There is a huge pool that faces the top of the hill and has a stunning view. There is a stone patio and open glass walls and there are overhead lights everywhere. If anyone is interested the article was called "Flowery Fete" and it was in the April/May 2007 issue of Modern Bride pg 142-145. In staying with the theme of Napa, the couple gave out champagne and then had guests sign the bottles. This doubled as a guestbook. Also they gave each of their guests baskets of locally produced chees, chocolate and wine.

Christine I think Melissa's idea is the best. You should try to find the hurricane holders so that you can put them in that. It really sucks that they didn't tell you this earlier. But at least you still have some time to look for them. -Glenda
