I did the injections. I think they are approved in the US, but you need a prescription. I did this diet through a recommendation by my doc and I had a compounding pharmacy fill the prescription.

Wow I guess I'm going against the majority (and will confuse you even more), but my vote is for the silk. While I love the lace and think it's gorgeous, I think the silk is sooo sexy and beachy and looks AMAZING on you. You can really pull it off (and should!)

This is just a guess, but if you're at an all-inclusive the guests definitely will or should. Everytime I go to an all-inclusive we take our own reusable cups that way we don't waste all of those plastic cups. Much greener!

I think either is fine, but I would book the cruise first. I would email a few coordinators to see if they have that date available and get quotes, etc. though just to be sure they are open that day you are in port. Good luck!
