    This resort doesn't have any terrace. Thats the one downside to dreams PB vs PC I think. You can use the poolside though. Where are you ladies finding the pics of the ballroom with the purple walls?

    Did P90X core synergistics for an hour today. I was sick for 5 days and couldn't work out it felt great to get back at it today.

    Most people in this thread have bought knock off dresses and are perfectly happy with them. The choice to buy a knock off is a personal choice and may depend on finances so I don't think its good to just knock people's choices. And if you look through the pictures on this forum so many ladies have got gorgeous knock off dresses.

    I have checked with my resort (dreams palm beach) and you don't need to be married before doing a symbolic ceremony there.

    I have found out for sure that you do not have to be legally married in order to do a symbolic ceremony at Dreams Palm Beach and you are still entitled to wedding packages and everything as per usual. In case anyone else wanted to know about this.

    I was also wondering this. I want to know if I should wait to dress shop until these dresses come out. Anyone know the answer?

    You ladies are hilarious! Just remember that buying 4 or 5 knock off dresses is going to end up costing you the same price as a designer dress that you were trying to avoid! ha ha

    Sorry if this is already in here but I can't find the answer. Does anyone know if Dreams Palm Beach will allow you to do the symbolic ceremony without having being legally married first? My FI and I want to get married when we get back home but I've heard some resorts won't allow you to do that.

    I'll look into that. I know that Dreams Palm Beach, my resort, doesn't require any documentation to do a symbolic ceremony but I will have to check with pastor rick if he does. I don't think you should have to be married before because after all its a symbolic ceremony.

    Richarsd totally covered this but you definitely can do a symbolic ceremony first. I plan on doing this because I agree with you that I don't want to already be married before our destination wedding.
