I had a really hard time with Sergio. He wasn't very good at responding back to my emails. At the end of the day, I decided to look else where. A wedding is an event too important to deal with someone who doesn't take it seriously.

I've been working with Yesica and just recently booked my wedding for Nov. 2009. She provided with a response within 24-48 hours (which I think was reasonable). Also, I did call her a couple of times and was able to get right through. Good luck. Jessica

Congratulations!!!!!!!!!!!! I was initally planning on getting married at the Sheraton but due to the costs compared to Dreams I recently decided against it. I didn't want to obligate my guest to stay at the resort and the Sheraton requires a 2 night minimum for 10 guest. With that said, I was in contact with Viviana and she was extremely helpful plus she even called me and answered all my questions plus provided me with the all the information I requested regarding pricing for linens, chair rentals, etc. I don't have any complaints about the service she provided me with. I'm getting married in Nov. 2009. I'm using Marco and he has been great to work with. Since I am at the beginning phase of my wedding planning he has done a great job at providing me with several ceremony options and has been very responsive to all my questions.

After posting my Sheraton wedding budget and comparing it to Dreams I am now getting married at Dreams on 11/14/09. I went to orbitz or travelocity (can't remember) but they had Dreams for $175pp per night. I think that's pretty reasonable compared to other prices for this hotel plus I think that there will still be some really good deals so people would be more apt to travel.

This also seems to baffle me. Ana, besides transportation have you seen an increase in any of your other vendors?

We are paying for our own. If our parent's decide to contribute then that's just a bonus.

Is the Gazebo inclueded in the basic pricing package of $769?
