    I just heard of these DVD's yesterday. I saw some guy at my company gym working out and he was using the P90x DVD. He told me that he is on his second month and has lost 12lbs. He said that there are 3 intense workouts during the week and the other workouts aren't so bad. He seemed to be sweating up a storm. Jess

    I started my diet and workout this week but I'm a bit disappointed. I've gained 2 lbs. I want my scale to go the other way. Anyhow, I still plane to do some interval training of some sort later today. I'm just not sure what. Jess

    Have tried contacting the hotel to see if there are any pictures they can provide you with? Also, I would try searching the Cabo photograpers gallery. The often reference the name of the hotel. Jess

    I had a co-worker lose about 15lbs from wraps. It was pretty amazing!!! The weight didn't come back but I'm not sure how often she does them. Jess

    Girls, I'm going to Target to go get this video. I just started by Biggest Loser contest with some co-workers. It's a way to motivate myself to work out before the wedding. I need to tone up my arms and back for the pictures. Jess
