Okay thanks. I hope that they are available to us even though we are having our dinner at the Plantation. I still would like to use them for ceremony / recpetion decor.

We doing ours at the Dunn's River Bar. It's free also.

wow, good luck with that. I'm getting married in May and my TA told me last week that ALL of the standard Oceanview rooms have been booked. So for my guests that have not rsvp'd or paid yet, they will be FORCED to upgrade and pay extra for the Oceanfront superior room.

Does anyone know if the ROR has Tiki torches available to use during the wedding or reception. I'm thinking about ordering some, but I have no idea of how I will get them to the resort. It just may be easier if the resort already offers them.

My travel agent told me that she would send the resort a formal request from a Junior Suite to a full size Jacuzzi suite since we are booking so many rooms in the resort. We are going to make the request about 1 month before our wedding.

Okay ladies and Jean Marcus.......I'm back. Good news and bad: Bad first: I used the cortizone and unfortuanetly, my face did not clear up (actually it still hasn't as of right now), but it did calm down the redness a bit. Good news: I used concealer and studio fix Mac foundation cream and pre-warned the photographer about my face. I told her that I was super sensitive about it and to be mindful when shooting close-ups. She said, "Don't worry, PHOTOSHOP"!!! Whew, that cheered me up and I think the shoot went well. When she posts our online gallery, I will send you guys the pictures. Thanks to all that offered advise to me! You guys are the greatest!

Also, i forgot to mention that I read online that cortizone can lead to "thinning of the skin"...is this true??

Someone here at my office recommended Desitin Diaper Rash. I'm trying to decide if i should get the cortizone or the diaper rash. I'm not stable enough to go to the store. I literally will pick up everything in sight!
