You guys just made it WORSE!!! LOL. Now......I really can't decide. I'm mentally going back and forth. I don't really want to make up my mind when i get there, because i'm taking almost all of the decor down with me, so I sorta need to know which location beforehand. I think i really like the pond gazebo because it seems more formal.......and that matches our wedding......but i absolutely love how past brides looked when they were right off the water.

Yeah, i checked them out but i think those are more for individual favors. I was just looking for a big box to decorate and to sit on the table and then put my favors inside.

I'm leaning towards the pond gazebo because we are doing a TTD at the beach with my photographer.I'm sure that after the ceremony, we will go over to the beach anyhow to get some good pictures.

KHarrod, I'm from DC also......well not really, Maryland (PG County). I'm really at a toss up. I wanted to get married on the beach, but I don't like how open it is. Sometimes I see people in their swimsuits in the background of wedding pictures. I think that I would prefer something a bit more private and secluded. I don't know....i'm rambling on right now. soooooo confused!!!

I'm doing gable boxes. I'm taking them in my luggage (flat) and then assembling when i get to JA.

you stand under the gazebo and your guest will sit in chairs on the grass. I would hope that they would have a mic system so everyone can hear.

Anybody know of any creative ways to decorate the wedding favor box (the BIG box that I plan on putting all of my wedding small favors in. Each favor will be labeled and personalized for each guest and i didn't want to take up any room on the tables, so i figured that i should try to do a box and place it at the seating chart / guestbook table. Anybody have any ideas or pics? Thanks!

that's a great idea! I think i will check out Tami's Place. You are so right.....pictures online can be completely misleading and vary in color. It's good that she sent you real pictures of your actual crystals. Thanks for the suggestion!!!
