Pros: Hotel, food, staff, spa
As all the brides in this post, I also had an amazing time while getting married at Now Jade Cancun on May 12, 2013.
I will say the "bad little things" first, since they are few compared to the wonderful ones!
- They did not "make my room" on the day of the wedding, so when we came back to get changed , the bed was not made etc...very frustrating

First, I just want to say that our wedding day (Thurs, April 18) was perfect! I don't think I could have asked for anything more. I am SO glad we chose the Now Jade for our wedding, we couldn't have been happier with both the resort itself and the wedding. Sorry in advance for how long this is!

The resort itself was very clean and well kept. It is a slightly smaller in comparison to some of the other resorts in the area, but I liked this fact as it was easy to locate guests and for everyone to hang out with one another. The room service was kind of hit and miss but not a big deal. Here is my review from my wedding at NOW Jade on January 22nd, 2013. Sorry it has taken me soo long to post this, but my pregnancy has gotten in the way J We had a beautiful day and lucked out that we were the only wedding that day. My review is kind of long but I want to give you the most information I can. I was 4 ½ months pregnant when we were there and also have a 2 year old daughter so I can’t really give you great reviews of the bars or drinks but I can tell you about everything else.

So we just returned from our week at Now Jade for our Wedding. It was a gorgeous wedding, exactly how we wanted it! I'm going to try to be pretty detailed because I've read some of the forums and there seems to be a lot of confusion out there. I know others have said it before too but, DON'T WORRY! It really will all turn out perfect!!

We had an AMAZING time at Now Jade for our wedding week Feb 6 - 13, 2013. We travelled with a group of 35, departing from Toronto through Canjet (subsidiary of Air Transit). The airline was great with us - as Bride and Groom we got a lot of perks such as an extra 10 kg of luggage each, priority check-in and boarding and a reserved overhead bin for the wedding gown (which did not count as my carry-on). My now husband and I were married in a symbolic ceremony at NOW Jade on Saturday February 2nd. I will write more details below, but in summary, we were extremely pleased with our experience, and we would recommend this resort to anyone. All of our guests had a fabulous time.

Resort - The resort is absoluteloy beautiful! It is well-kept, clean and is just simply gorgeous! To me, it was the perfect size....not huge, but definitely not too small. Loved it! Hello Ladies! I just got back from our wedding on July 18th....it was everything AND MORE!!! I was very worried about the lack of communication up until the wedding, since I am a planner! But Pilar had every note taken down and when I got there she went above and beyond to make the wedding amazing! So, as hard as it is...DON'T WORRY! She is great at her job!

I was married at Now Jade on 6/11/11. I will try to be as honest, detailed, and helpful in this review as I can! We had 51 guests (50 adults and 1 child). We had our ceremony on the beach and reception at Castaways (Las Olas). We arrived on Tuesday and our wedding was Saturday. It was amazing and I would do it again in a second. Our guests had a blast and almost every detail was exactly how I had dreamt it.

My husband and I were married at the Now Sapphire Riviera on February 26, 2011. We had booked this hotel when it was still Paradisus. They changed owners in the middle of us planning which was actually a blessing in disguise, as they made changes to the hotel for the better.

I won't lie...I could make this a really looooong review but now that the wedding is over I can concentrate on this pregnancy.
I stayed at the hotel from Feb 15-25 and our wedding was on Feb 19. Our original room was the highest in Jr. Suites.
