Our wedding was unbelievable! We also had very little communication with wedding staff ahead of time, but it all worked out very well. Tips and things to watch out for: read your contract very carefully and choose your options wisely. Remember that taxes are steep and ours amounted to $500 (which was our deposit amount and we did not add any extras, so our Divine package final payment was $3300). I used this website extensively when planning my wedding, so I feel compelled to write a review - echoing what everyone else on this board has said, don't worry about a thing! They do multiple weddings every day and have it down to a T. I had very little communication with wedding coordinator (Pilar) beforehand, mostly because we did a lot of things last minute, and everything still turned out perfectly and I had the wedding of my dreams.

We stayed at the Now Jade Riviera Maya from Sunday, June 14 - Sunday, June 21 with 55 guests (57 including us). Our wedding was on Wednesday, June 17 on the pergola at 5 pm. We had our cocktail hour at the mix bar at 6,, and our reception at Castaways from 7 - 11.

Pros: Great location, different receptions, beautiful weddings, amazing coordinator
Cons: No discounts, hidden fees and no way to switch things on your package.
I am going to try to keep this review short as possible.
Communication is the best with Now Jade. Even when trying to figure out resorts I found them to reply quickly and efficiently, answering our questions. We had Ariadna throughout the process and she was just lovely.

Cons: No email response at time, No budlight as advertisted
Pre-Planning - was a breeze with the help of this website and the wedding coordinators. We decided to let everyone book on their own because people were finding rates from all different sites that they were happy with and our guests wanted to come and go different dates and times. We had a total of 70 guests!!

We arrived on Saturday, October 18 around 5pm. Our package included a private transfer which we opted to take. It is with AmStar and we ended up getting an vehicle upgrade to a beautiful brand new Mercedes. Watching them pack in all of luggage was interesting but hey made it work! We stopped at the airport bar before getting into the car and grabbed two beers and two bottles of water for the drive. The drive to Now Jade was super quick, and friendly.

This review is LONG overdue. Life got so busy after the wedding but I will try to be as thorough as possible and try to remember everything.
My husband and I arrived to Now Jade on October 30, 2013 with 4 of our guests. We flew Jet blue from NY and the flight was smooth. I just returned from hosting a wedding of 54 guests at the Now Jade, with the ceremony at the Pergola, the cocktail hour at the Mix Bar, and the reception at the Bamboo Room. I had a blast because I was surrounded by my closest family and friends; however, there were many issues caused by the resort that kept my wedding week from being a stress-free dream. When we arrived to Cancun it was pouring raining, I was petrified because all I could think about was how guest spent their money and came for a rainy wedding.
