Hey everyone just thought I would post this from Conquest Vacation's website, since they have gone bankrupt and I am hoping no one on here has booked flights with them, or that none of your guests have. And this is what is written on their site: Announcement Wednesday, April 15, 2009 Conquest Vacations Inc. announced today the cessation of its tour operations effective immediately. Customers who are booked and paid using cash/check through a travel agency are requested to contact their respective agency who will assist you with respect to a refund or claim. Customers who have booked directly with Conquest Vacations will be contacted or should they wish to contact Conquest, please email to [email protected] with a booking reference number. Customers who have booked and paid for their future travel using a credit card, should contact their credit card issuing institution for a refund. Conquest Vacations regrets the inconvenience caused to the passengers due to cessation of its operations. Unfortunately this has been a result of overcapacity and price war among the major tour operators, unrealistic and unreasonable demands by the credit card processing companies, credit squeeze and economic turmoil in recent months making it impossible for companies like Conquest to continue in business even after weathering many storms over the past 37 years. Good luck to anyone who has booked with this company!

sorry if this is too nosey, but I know they dont have to pay for anyone to go other than themselves, however, why is it that your parents have only offered to pay for your sister and not her husband knowing he probably has no other way to get to Jamaica?? I think in a way it may put him in a situation where he feels he is purposely being singled out from going and might be upset as to what the reason is. Sorry I am not saying your sister can't go alone because she most certainly can travel without her husband, just playing devils advocate..

did anyone else watch tonight?? and ladies on the west coast let me know when you watch it, I want to see what others think of the show! My FI and I both picked the same people who will be in the bottom two (bottom three is wierd to have with only seven remaining now) also i JUST clued into why this season they keep running overtime! they now have a fourth judge on every episode which overall will add a couple minutes to each show...sorry that is super random but i had to share my "AH HA" moment lol

ladies dont forget AI is on tonight! I am watching it right now and so far its been amazing, but I just think its gotten to Adam's head that he is so well loved on the show and I still LOVE LOVE LOVE him but he needs to be careful he doesnt get too cocky IMHO

I LOVEEE to read too! I just finished the book called "Mistaken Identity" It was such a heartbreaking but amazing book! I dont know if you have ever heard about this but its a real story of two girls who were in a car accident, one died and one ended up in a coma, and in a terrible mix-up the one family buried who they thought was their daughter while really their daughter was in the hospital. Dont worry I didnt just ruin the story, but it is an amazing read.

I get what you mean about people asking about where is the ring and all those kind of questions! I was engaged for about 10 months before we bought my ring and until we bought my ring I had a cz ring that looked like what I wanted and to be honest unless I told someone, they had no idea that it wasnt real. Just a thought. Also what we have done with my ring now is I got the main stone I wanted and it is in a silver band and then for my birthday we will upgrade it with more little stones and a white gold band. It makes it easier than making a huge purchase all at once, to just build the ring over time instead

Hi! Ok I see that you are really new on here so I will try find some threads that answer your question for you. But the short answer is usually yes it is much cheaper and easier to get married in the States and just to have a symbolic destination wedding... here are some threads that may help you out *ok it is not letting me search right now for some reason...but if you click on the "search" button on the top bar of this page and type in things like "legal wedding at home" or different search words you should come up with some helpful answers hope that helps!

just my two cents, but I have been only to wedding when I was a kid, and so I dont know "invitation etiquette" and would have not known it was an adults only event unless you wrote that on the invitation. maybe just send an email or write on your website that it is adult only for the wedding and reception, but for anything future just be specific what you want to happen and dont assume people understand, this might help and in the end cause you less stress when sorting out little kinks in your planning, KWIM?

maybe just a nice dinner at a restaurant you love? hmm i dunno other than that...but thats one of the ways you can get to know this guy the best I would think

wow Jacilynda I am reading that article now on CNN and that is so amazing how smart and obvioulsy motivated Scott is!! This wont be the last we see of him I am so sure of that! I bet record companies will be fighting to get him!

ok I looked up a Miami Vice for the ingredients and it seems the same as a Lava Flow which I have had in hawaii many times....does anyone know if they are the same thing?? maybe that would explain why I can never find Lava Flows anywhere here since they are called something different lol

it looks teal in the picture so I would say to pair it with bright colours like pink and orange possibly?
