Ya Matt will get an amazing record deal and I will buy his cd for sure and ya Adam is going to be signed no matter what so he doesnt have a worry in this world, but the judges really need to quit playing favourites because I felt so terrible for Kris and Matt that they only were saying they were sad Adam was in the bottom, I am also glad Simon pointed out to congratulate Allison and Danny for being safe because I think otherwise no one would have said anything. I am very excited for rock and roll week next week! I am thinking Allison and Adam will excel the most with that category and I am scared it will get Danny in trouble since it doesnt seem like the category that fits him. They each have their own special genres they fit and I wish at this point in the competition they could each pick songs that suit them from whatever genre they want! It would make it a level playing field since they are all so amazing now....just my thought

so anyone watching the results tonight I have to say I am 20 mins into it and I am so upset about how much Adam is OBVIOUSLY the favoured one by the judges but for them to make that obvious on how he gets more attention and the others are in the shadows (so to speak) is just wrong in my opinion, I think he is amazing and want him to win, but frankly he hasnt won yet and its still anyones game and I wish the judges would stop talking down the other contestants and not giving them equal attention... ok I promise my rant is over...just was a little upset with the show so far tonight

Kara I know this may not be the most fun option, but have you asked anybody you know if they have money you can borrow for now to get flights from an american airline I am SURE someone will have the money or even that people could pool the money together....have you asked anyone?? If this makes it a little lighthearted, all i can think is that if people can quickly come up with bail money for someone, that it is possible for someone to have money so you can get plane tickets quickly....just a thought

I just looked at teh CDC site and the WHO site and neither are updated but I am sure it is like MarieSam says...the news find out quickly and I am sure the WHO is in the middle of writing up the news press release....so does anyone know alot about these levels?? what does level 5 mean now that is different from level 4??

its not a toronto bashing thread lol...I love toronto too and there are alot of great people of course, just we decided to vent out our GTA frustrations...

oh Yorkdale mall is crazy..i dont even go there anymore it just drives me nuts to be there...and I dunno the TTC is one of my HUGEST pet peeves! people that stand in front of subway doors and dont let people off, or people who push others out of the way so they can get on the train first, as if its the last train that will ever show up so if they dont get on this one they are stuck at that subway station, ugh ok this is only proving to me more that I need to get out of Toronto lol. even just that my FI buys the monthly TTC pass and we thought it was saving us money but just worked it out and he is being royally ripped off.... ok now your turn lol.. this is sooooo therapuetic (sp?)

ok ladies where is everyone?!?! did anyone else watch tonight?? I have to say it is getting SOOOO hard to pick who is good and who needs to go home...but I think Adam is still amazing and Danny blew me away.... I am guessing the bottom two will be Matt and Kris.... they were great, just forgettable in my opinion and it was VERY interesting to hear what Ryan said to Allison after she heard what the judges thought of her performance...from how he said it I dont think he meant for or even realised her mike would pick it up but he said "try lose some of your ego and become more personable and that might help you do better" I was like WOW!! but that is something my FI said the other day, that she is too "seperated" and not very personable

well if it makes you feel better, I have grown up in Toronto, the rudest part of ON, and have lived here my entire life and can't wait to get out of here so maybe there is hope for your FI wanting to move! lol....but ya the whole holding doors thing I always say thank you, and if someone doesnt say thank you when I hold a door for them I have to admit I get snippy and say "your welcome" and not even under my breath lol, I say it loud enough that they hear me ...... oh and the other is getting on a ttc bus and there is CLEARLY a lineup to get on the bus but some people feel they are more important so cut off the line and push their way onto a bus...oh dont even get me started on my Toronto pet peeves lol...i could go on for days!! its just that fend for yourself attitude and that it doesnt matter how many people you hurt along the way, as long as you end up with the most expensive car and the biggest salary.... ok i feel a little better...but if you ever need to vent about pet peeves of Ontario I am willing to have a venting session lol

Ya it is very embarassing how Ontarioians (sp? lol) act....well sorry, I mean people in the GTA! .... I dont remember the area being like this when I was growing up and it makes me sad to see it like this, my Grandparents even moved out of toronto after living here for 60 years because they were disgusted by the attitude of only look out for yourself, everyone else is garbage so maybe we will both be albertans one day!!

sorry I just needed another vent about this in the end of this all my cousin and I are no longer talking... she and I grew up together and she was supposed to be my maid of honour and so it hurts that we arent talking now, but im trying so hard to look for a silver lining....but in the process she has my family convinced that I am some terrible person who is totally wrong in saying I dont want someone at my engagement party! and she has them all wrapped around her finger, so now they refuse to talk to me, YUP ALL of them wont talk to me.....It is getting hard to look for the silver lining when my family isnt even there for me at all I dont know what to do... I spent all yesterday crying when my cousin started tearing me apart and also when I found out she has my whole family turned on me

Ok Jax thank you thank you thank you!!! lol that is the kind of place I want to live is a place where I am a person and not another nameless face...im tired of people being rude in TO because they "will never see that person again so who cares" its a mentaility that has made me so mad to say I am a Torontonian...actually it makes me flat out embarassed...I would LOVE to live in Alberta if there is a lifestyle that a person is a person....I think you just made up my mind for me now keep your fingers crossed for me that his work pulls through with a definate offer for us to move!

haha...I definately wont deny Toronto is overpriced...i dont like moving but to move to Alberta is for my fiances work so thats why I am kind of feeling out what it is like to live there before we have to decide if we want to make the move

ya that really helps thanks so for healthcare do you have a healthcard that you just show your family doctor, and the emergency room and then you pay nothing? that is how it is in Ontario, our taxes pay out healthcare and I really like it that way

OMG Shay I am so sorry this is happening West Jet has now cancelled all flights to Mexico from May 4 - June 20!!! WestJet suspends flights to Mexico, Calgary travellers undeterred I really hope American companies dont follow suit as I am pretty sure that now every Canadian company has stopped flights...

lol Lisa I lived in London for a little before, I love it there its just too small a place to live for me after coming from Toronto...and I would like to move in Ontario but outside of Toronto, just I want to get away from the constantly hectic life, and just Toronto isnt hte place I remember growing up if that makes sense lol...I wouldnt want to raise kids here, just my personal opinion, but I want a better place for kids to grow up when we end up starting a family..

oh ok wow you are really helping me with this we wouldnt have the money to buy a house nor would be necessarily buy out there, but do you know what the average price is for a decent one bedroom apartment just outside edmonton also what it is like for an apartment in edmonton?? hmmm what else?? lol oh ok my concern is healthcare...in ontario we have amazing healthcare that pretty much covers anything necessary...what is the healthcare in Alberta like?? i think thats it for now..if I think of something I will post but seriously you are already helping me alot with this
