Those are so cute! I love how simple and sweet they are.

I didn't even consider it, mainly b/c FI hates having his picture taken more than just about anything. It will be a serious struggle for him to get through our regular wedding photos. He hated having e-pics done but I insisted-- and he really likes how they turned out. I like the look of the TTD shoots but I know it would make FI so unhappy to do them. And now we're leaving for our honeymoon cruise right after the morning-after brunch, so we don't have time for them anyhow. Maybe somewhere down the line we'll do another wedding shoot.

I've had my ceremony shoes for a while (flip-flops by Tracey Asai Designs) but I just got my reception shoes yesterday. They are by Nina and I got them at DSW on sale. They are super comfy and cute-- and I know I'll wear them again!

Gorgeous dresses ladies! I finally got a reception dress that I am going to stick with-- ordered a Betsey Johnson but the fit was off and I bought another one from Dillards that I just didn't love. This one is from White House Black Market. It's very similar to this one, but the burnout floral detailing is all over the dress and it's longer. I think I'll wear it with a pink silk sash and spaghetti straps for the reception. I need to get it altered-- it's a little too big in the bodice and I'm thinking of having a sweetheart neckline put in. Anyhoo, I'll wear it for the AHR as well, probably with the little belt it came with and without the straps.

So I ordered the turquoise J.Crew and it was too big-- and they didn't have the next size down in that color. (And I wasn't crazy about any of the other colors.) I was pretty down about it but today I found something even better! Got it from T.J. Maxx. It's BCBG and super light and fun. Pardon the blurred face-- I looked especially dorky!

We have a Stearns & Foster pillowtop and it is the best! Not sure of the model though.

I got a new vet when I moved and she recommended switching my cats to high-quality canned food rather than kibble. There are a couple of different kinds that I give them, depending on what store I can get to. Natural Balance and Trader Joe's house brand are the main ones. Neither of them use by-products or lots of indigestible grains. My fatty cat has lost some weight and they are both doing great on canned.

Everyone has great suggestions! One thing that works for me is to work out regularly. That tires me out enough that I can get to sleep more easily and stay asleep.

Very nice! Mine finally got his clothes this weekend too, after much arm-twisting from me. I need to get him to model them!

I actually didn't make them myself-- Anna from By The Card on Etsy did, so I'm not sure what software she used. The border around the invitations is actually cane paper, used as an invitation matting. She also used it to make the palm tree closure.

Yes, I did stamp every postcard. I want everyone to respond! I'm sure I'll still have to track people down (9 days to RSVP deadline and we still haven't heard from 1/3 of our guests!) but I think it is nice to stamp all of them.

I second drtracy's advice-- it sounds like her behavior (limiting phone calls and interaction) may violate the terms of the custody agreement. I would check with an attorney to make sure all of the custody stuff is in order. Honestly, I'm not sure that talking to the ex about her bad behavior will help anything. She's clearly jealous of the relationship that you have with the ex and the kids, so she's trying anything to muck that up. People like that don't tend to be swayed by opinions.
