  1. Wow! Amazing!!!! My favorite was the one when you are sitting on the rocks and your hubby is sitting farther back but the focus is on you.
  2. CONGRATULATIONS!!!! your pictures look amazing and you made such a beautiful bride! I absolutely love the pictures where the two of you are in black and white and the fruits are in color.
  3. Sorry to hear you are going through that Linda. I am not too knowledgable on EDR but I know many of the brides here are. I wonder how they actually make sure the number of guests that are supposed to stay there do stay there. So what happens if less people than are supposed to stay there stay? I mean, they wouldn't stop the wedding would they?
  4. I think they look amazing! I love the colors and all the detail on ribbon. I think you did a fantastic job.
  5. wow! everything looks fantastic. i say it again...this is my favorite part of the forum!
  6. Hello and welcome! aaaw I wished you were in the Houston area. I'm looking for a bouidour photographer here.
  7. I love them both but #1 is my favorite. Can you add a poll to this thread so you can tally the votes?

  9. What I want to know is where did everyone that found their dress for under $1000 find their dresses. I had originally set a budget of under $1000 but every single shop I went to for the exception of David's Bridal had dresses on average from $1000 to $5000. I even had a lady at one shop ask me what my budget was and I told her under $1500 and she laughed at me and told me I would be lucky to find anything under $2000. I found my dress for $1200 and I thought I had done pretty good comparing the prices I was seeing at shops. Where do you find dresses for under $1000 other than ebay or consignment?
  10. Thanks Krys! It's always nice to get info straight from the locals.
  11. I am also having my welcome/rehersal dinner at La Cueva del Chango. It was by far the cheapest price and the place has great reviews on line.

If your budget is about $5 a bottle, I'd suggest getting the bottle of DonJulio cause it looks really nice. Once everyones had a few drinks, they're not really going to care what it tastes like. And if they don't like tequila, they're not going to drink it anyways...they'll either keep it or give it to one of your other guests. Hope this helps! Mini Patron Silver BevMo - Patron Silver Tequila A little bit of info on Patron It would be a great idea to give out Patron bottles as gifts but be aware that Patron tequila is not real mexican tequila. Many people don't know that. I'm a patron drinker myself and it's by far my favorite tequila. As a matter of fact my nickname used to be Tequila QueenI am also mexican so I requested for my mother to bring me back a bottle on her last trip to Mexico. When she tried to purchase Patron in Mexico they told her she was better off buying it in the US because it was cheaper here. In Mexico, Patron is an imported tequila so it costs more there. I looked up some history on line and Patron's headquarters are actually in Las Vegas. If you look up the names of the original founders they are all american too. A good substitute to Patron could be Don Julio silver.
  13. welcome fellow texan!!! you will love it here!
