Oh - yeah, I see what you mean about your sis. However, a Drag Queen show DOES sound fun! I told my girls I wanted to go to an all male revue for my BP. It is so TOTALLY out of my character - I told them I want to go, but DO NOT put me on stage in front of some half naked gyrating man and we can not sit in the front rows! I will go as a spectator - not a participant! I think it will be a blast! My FI used to run nightclubs and at one they had a Drag Queen show - he said it was a blast! Sounds like fun!

I haven't read the whole thread, but my doctor has told me inches.

I figure it's just a week - I think I have the willpower for 1 week. I'm considering doing it for 1 week then take a 2 week break and during the break - just staying off of whites. I'm sorry, but I can't go a week without a diet coke! I think when you deprive yourself of things, it just makes you want them more. Everything in moderation. Okay - like I could sit and eat a whole box of store bought cupcakes - Yeah - I could - that icing is like a drug for me! So I started making cupcakes out of a box mix - and guess what?? - I don't eat them. We have had 3 cupcakes left since the kids' party this past weekend and I haven't touched them. I sort of trick myself - I know crazy but true! BTW - I don't drink a LOT of diet coke - maybe 3 a week. I also dont drink coffee because if I have coffee, I have to have something sweet with it. So my Cuisinart Grind and Brew sits collecting dust. It's crazy how we do these things isn't it? I told FI last night about my diet and he says, "Honey - I know all of your girls (meaning you guys) are on diets for their weddings, but it's totally up to you. If you lose weight or not is up to you - I will love you regardless" I LOVE THAT GUY!! - He is SO a keeper!

Okay Dez - count me in. I'll have FI make the soup for me Sunday so I can start on Monday too. I was going to do a body flush, but I'll do this instead. I have been trying to shake my cravings for sugar and I have decided to stop all sugar and whites cold turkey on Monday. (Gotta get the Fathers Day sweets out of the house Sunday night) I'm in! I'm shopping for stuff on Saturday while FI is playing golf.

I probably outweigh most of you if not ALL of you on this thread - however as my doctor has told me, I "Carry it very well". One of my many problem areas is my arms. I too have flabby arms. I have been doing a pitiful job of trying to tone them, but did notice that I was more confident after doing some yard work and they got really tan - they dont' look half as bad as I thought. Even FI said -"Geez honey, all you have to do is tan the inside chub and you'll look great". I am laughing as I say this becaust it is true and so funny LOL! You gotta love that guy! I love your dress, but wonder if they could do a 3/4 sleeve? The sleeves look kind of long and it seems like it would pull you down - and it looks very hot. I think the 3/4 would be a good substitute for a whole sleeve. Good luck and be proud of yourself. I'm sure if you showed up in a gunny sack your FI would still love you and you would still look fabulous!
