  1. I want my shoes to be my something blue so I'm considering these:
  2. Love what you're doing for your sand ceremony, it sounds very special and personal.
  3. Love the make-up bag and I think I'm definitely including a nail file for my guests. Great ideas!
  4. Hadn't heard of this company but I just checked out their website and I like their work. As far as decor, I am currently working with Caribbean Celebrations. 5. WOW! I love the guest book idea and the wording of the message is perfect! I've been considering fake flowers for my BM bouquets and you might have just convinced me.
  6. I have so many people that claimed they were attending and 1 month after my RSVP deadline, I still haven't heard anything from them. I've sent emails and left messages but have not received any replies. I prefer for people to be honest and let me know they can't make it instead of ignoring me but I can't control what they do. Since I originally decided that I am NOT going to stress with the wedding and will try to enjoy the planning and the event itself as much as possible, my opinion on this is that whoever attends are the people that needed to be there. Whoever doesn't make it must have their reason. I refuse to be upset over those that can't attend, instead I'm grateful for my guests that will be there supporting us.
  7. It's so creative and easy to make, my guests will get a kick out of it.
  8. Found these two other DIY links: http://blogniako.blogspot.com/2009/04/barefoot-sandals.html http://www.projectwedding.com/wedding-ideas/diy-barefoot-sandals Can't wait to get started.
  9. I've been looking for this template! I saw that another bride used and couldn't find it anywhere. Another thing added to my to-do list.
  10. This is great, I needed something like this because I liked some barefoot sandals but didn't want to pay 50+ each for my girsl and myself. Thanks for posting!
  11. so glad I found this!
  12. They're pretty much the same. They're all located in the same place and are divided by partitions which they use to make the rooms larger or smaller depending on the amount of guests.
  13. This is what my onsite WC indicated. The packages/wedding collections usually apply to the ceremony and the dinner after the ceremony which is what you may be referring to. These color options are for the reception and welcome dinner that I plan to have.
  14. Vinarum, If you don't want to pay for the DJ, consider the sound system as an option. They provide a technician to help with it. I know you must be super busy right now but if you have some time to make a good playlist on your Ipod, that could be a good option. I agree with you on the part of entertaining guests, I feel the same way which is why I'm doing the DJ. I want to make sure everyone is having a great time and the free alcohol doesn't hurt either
  15. So I'm back on the weight loss horse and back to doing the 30 Day Shred video. I completed level 1 and I'm currently on Day 3 of Level 2 and all I can say is OUCH! This is kicking my butt but I'm going to push through and get it done. How many days did it take you all to not feel like you're dying in level 2 and to move on to level 3?
  16. They use different local DJ's. The photography company is Smile Market. You should definitely check out the thread that Tatiana recommended, that's where most of us Hard Rock brides post info.
  17. Hi Vinarum, I agree with you, it seems overpriced to me too. That's a great price for the centerpieces. Did you confirm that with the onsite WC or Caribbean Celebrations? I'm having the recption at the Fillmore Ballroom and I'm getting the DJ/MC/Lighting package. What about you?
