FI and I are playing beach volleyball on Thursday nights. Last night was the first game. We play for 1 1/2 hrs. Problem is, I don't even break a sweat so it doesn't even feel like exercise. To rectify this, FI and I will be biking to the rest of the games. Its a good 20-25 min bike ride each way so at least that way I will feel like we actually exercised. And the best news is I hate beer so when we go out after the game and everyone orders pitchers, I get my diet pepsi and don't have to worry about the extra late night calories.
Overall my week was up and down, tough week at work so not the best eating and missed some workouts but overall not nearly as bad as it could have been. Forgot to weigh myself this am so I will get my weight in tomorrow am.
