Thanks Susie Q! I so wish I was back in Turks right now, ha! I realize it is so much my routine at home that makes me just not want to do things. On our trip I lost 8 pounds just because I wanted to be outside & we walked so much & swam so much. Here I feel like I am stuck in the house/work all the time.

Ha, I have no clue...I would pick black but I haven't seen grey with white shoes so I can't picture it in my head.

Sorry Jenn! Maybe you should try to talk to your husbands mom yourself and just explain that you really feel uncomfortable in large groups and ask that she reconsider just having a small backyard event so you don't feel out of place the entire time. Good luck.

I agree with Magalie, do what works for you. If it's not in your budget then nix the idea. If you have the extra money get some small things. We had very few people that came with us so we did the bags but we gave them to everyone at home so we didn't have extra luggage costs. We did a small snack bag for their rooms which people liked & it cost me about $10 each - I went to costco and put in 2-3 100 calorie snack packs and a gatorade mini drink. Overall though, don't break your budget.

I agree with Kelly! I would email the WC and ask her via email to respond, then you can print that out & take it with you. Also, I would try to bargain wiht them a bit. I was not going to do a private reception because we wanted hot/cold hor'dourvs so I went back & forth with them, argued about paying an additional $50/pp and eventually they gave us the hot/cold hor'dorvs and private reception for a total of $50/pp (we had already paid $25/pp for the cocktail hr).

Hi! We originally booked the Luxury honeymoon suite in the caribbean village but were upgraded because of our TA (she sent a nice email to the resort requesting upgrades for us). I think I would have been happy with that suite. I would definitely go with the concierge level room, the stocked bar/drinks is a really nice feature plus the wedding fees are more expensive in T&C than Jamaica. We ended up staying in the Italian Villiage room 3538 which was gorgeous but we would never book that ourselves because it's so expensive but those rooms definitely are kid friendly and have x-boxes, bunk beds, etc. Chrissy

So sorry to hear this. I hope everything works out for the best. Counseling is a good direction to help you guys talk but definitely postponing the wedding will give you both time to work things out. His feelings are not going to go away overnight or change because you got married. Work together & make sure he knows you are hearing his concern as hard as it might be for you.

So sorry to hear you are dealing with this! That is one thing I am so glad didn't happen to us, either of our ex's causing issues. Just enjoy yourselves and try not to think about it, you can even block her phone number just to stop the annoying calls.
