Hey Ladies! My wedding date is 5/15/11 and my goal is to lose 20 pounds! I started BODY FOR LIFE (great program, read the book!) January 3, 2011 and I have lost 5 pounds so far. I did BFL last year and lost 16 pounds (it's a 12 week program). It's gradual, but healthy. All of our efforts will pay off on our wedding day when we look AMAZING!

We just booked Nate last weekend. for our 5/15/2011 wedding at LC. So excited! Â Kat, I feel like I'm totally copying you...we are getting married in May, staying at Dreams PV, getting married at LC and using Nate for our photographer...just like you.
