Thanks for the information everyone! So I have a couple FLY By's and a Slow I'm hoping to spend a lot of time on here to help the time pass! My FI will also prob appreciate not having to hear quite as much wedding talk! I have a feeling things will go slow for me. We got engaged May 09 and I did NOTHING for the first 6 months of our engagement. Now that I have plans started I can't WAIT! It's wonderful to have more time then needed instead of being rushed!

Congrat's Laura! We decided to do just a symbolic wedding in mexico due to all the legal requirements of doing it there. We will probably just run to the court house a day or two before we leave! This is the place to be to help decide on the resort. I had NO clue beofore I started reading all the great information!

YEAH! We got confirmation from TA Jill that our date is officially reserved! I'm so excited to be able to take the next step's in planning :-) I think I might have found "the" dress, but I'm sad to stop hunting for it so soon LOL. So next step is getting our website and STD's figured out. So tell me girls does the time actually fly by until your wedding or creep by?

I tried this dress on today! I'm a size 16 and thought the top was very flattering. I LOVE sweetheart necklines! For me the skirt was a little poofy and was sort of laying funny on me. I would go try it on though. It is a very classy and unique dress!

Hi everyone! What a great find. This website is great! I'm planning on ordering my FI a suit. I think I will first order the swatches, but was wondering if anyone has done the chocolate brown? If so I would LOVE to see a picture of it. How far in advance has everyone been ordering?

I can releate Island Bride! I dated my FI in middle school, but he dumped me! We remained friends though and after dating 17 months he proposed! We are getting married exactly 2 years from the date he proposed.
