i'm really trying to flatten out this tummy. So every morning i'll do anywhere between 100-300 crunches. depending how much time I have. lol I NEED that dress!!!!!! Ugh, tummies! I hate them! My trainer has recently told me that no matter the amount of crunches you do, all that really helps with your stomach is diet and cardio. You have to get rid of the fat first, and then build up the muscle. Obviously, doing crunches and weight training in addition to cardio is best, but crunches alone does nothing. After two kids and two c-sections, I can' seem to get this little pooch to go away!
