I have just read all the posts... Firstly, I am very sorry for your loss, with respect to the wedding, ultimately, I say make the decision a family decision. I normally wouldn't say that, but given the extreme circumstances... make it a family one. I'd also like to say, that after reading all the posts, the ladies on this board are absolutely fantastic, loving and sympathetic. In all the day to day chaos, of work, life, and wedding planning, you have all banded together, in loving support of Indigo. I am very impressed. Big Hugs... and warm thoughts.

I love it! I love the white cover... if you are worried about smudging and dirt marks... can you do it in a beige/sand colour option... Black is just too stark in my opinion. I love it though... and the quotes are beautiful.

I had all four out at the same time, they were all impacted and it was an overnight stay in the hospital... my story of my wisdom teeth will not make you feel better... and could possibly make you feel worse. As for food choices... I know it sounds gross... but baby food is a great option that is actually healthy, they have veggies and fruit without added sugars. Slimfast is a great alternative too.. which will leave you full and could possibly induce weight loss... Hang in there... rest.. you need it...

My best advice..... You need to have no bridal party. Yes, I said it, no bridal party, your FSIL and BFF willl completely understand. I really think that the solution is to not have a BP... Your FSIL maybe a little upset, I feel like your BFF will understand. Explain to your FSIL and BFF, that in light of FI's groomsman's situation, you have decided to use the wonderful people at the resort as your witnesses... I think it is a fantastic way to involve the local people of Jamaica... and solves your wedding party woes. It is definately unconventional, but has a certain flair to it. Then, explain to your parents that you are getting married... This is the date, this is the place, and that you want them there... only if they want to be there. Tell them that wild horses aren't going to stop this marraige, and tell your dad that his on again off again cheque book is not the way to heal the family. Here is my advice... please don't take it too harshly.... If you are having problems now... why continue to deal with that resort... there are hundreds of gorgeous resorts out there... in every carribean/mexican location. If you are having issues now... imagine what it will be like in the future. IMO - the WC at the resort is the key to your entire DW... I think she will make a huge impact on the experience you have and the experience that your guests have. I am lucky, Sandra at the Barcelo Marina Palace is awesome.

I too like the Mori Lee dress the best... I think it is a great choice...

OOH how exciting.. Be sure they put tissue over top of any beading on the dress.. and if you need a ballroom sized garment bag, be sure that they supply you with one for the flight! Good luck! YAY for dresses!
