One thing my daughter started liking when she was 2 was colouring books. They have the color wonder books and markers from crayola that don't write on anything but the special paper. I love them and they have saved a lot of mess for me to clean up. There are a bunch of things in this line besides just the markers. They also have finger paints that work the same way as the markers.

How did today go at work Jenny? Any better? Any worse?

A friend of my FI was playing it and when FI told him that I was good at it, he wanted to play me. When we were over there the one night he turned it on and put it on a hard song. He got booed off the stage and then he asked if I wanted to try. Guess what, not only did I finish the song, but all the guys were very impressed. I am no expert when it comes to this game, as I am only working on medium, but I worked up to it from easy.

I have been thinking about this and I have decided that huge bugs are gross and I would totally freak out seeing one, but the big ones here (little compared to some hotter places) are the ones that can really sneak up on you. If I feel a little tickle on me somewhere, I always look and ready to scream if it is a spider. We get wolf spiders around here and almost every summer there is one that takes up residence on my parents deck. My dad says not to kill it because it is harmless to us but will kill all the other bugs. Well, as soon as I see it and he isn't around, it gets squished. Then the next year there is another one!!!

We asked our bridal party right away after getting engaged. Everyone knew it was going to be happening anyway, so it was more a question of when. Now just to get them all booked, so far 2 girls have booked and 1 guy!

We are taking care of the girls dresses but my mom is sewing them. We ordered my daughters dress since it matches mine. As for the guys outfits, we already got their shirts (on sale at Sears for $20) and then we will watch for the khakis to go on sale for them. Everyone will be going barefoot during the ceremony and then they can wear sandels or whatever for the reception. For the gifts, FI got flasks for the guys with their names engraved, and I got beach totes that will have their names embroidered, larimar earrings, larimar pendant and silver chain.
