I just went through all of this...ordered my dress one week ago. You can try the Dressroom. They have some affordable DW dresses. I know someone who bought a gorgeous Nicole Miller dress from White boutique in Yorkville that would be a great DW dress. If I hadn't found my dress last week that was where I was going to go next. Lowon Pope does custom wedding dresses - will be more costly, but if budget is not an issue you can get whateve you want. I ended up getting a dress which is not that heavy or big from Vogue Sposa. If you want to try on some non-destination dresses, I recommend going there. I really found them to be great.

I would love to hear about Belize. We were thinking of driving there and stopping in Tulum and at the biosphere along the way, but I'm not sure if that would take too long? Where did you go in Belize?

About the Sky Package...Fabio told my TA that cocktail parties were not included. It was only for the ceremony. We are like you -- wanted the sky package but have reconsidered because it seems like a bit much just for the ceremony.

Hi all, After weeks of agonizing, we finally decided today to go with Azul Sensatori! There were so many options but I just loved the Sky package, though I am reconsidering since the reception can't be held there...I still have to get confirmation, but tomorrow I will be sending in my deposit. I will definitely be checking this thread often for more info.

We were also looking at this resort, but have seen some mixed reviews about the food. The price is right for my family though. Can anyone tell me what they thought of the food, particularly as compared with other all inclusives?

I think Belize would be great. My only worry is that it will cost more and be more difficult to fly there. But if you have suggestions for venues there, I would love to check them out.

We're planning the end of April 2009 or beginning of May 2009. Sounds like we're too late for those bungalow non-AIs, but the link looks good.
