We are getting married on a Friday--our guests seem pretty happy about it- they have all day Saturday to chill and relax and enjoy the resort- and go back on Sunday...Everyday is a "saturday" on vacation!

I'm just having cups sewed on-- and spanxx- of course! - I live by spanxx...

omg! I want warriors carrying me!! -not sure how that'd work in Mexico......hehe... One of the reasons I LOVE this site-- when more "traditional" brides/people make you feel crazy- you find a post like this- and yah!! I'm not crazy!! Everyone I've talked too about this has made HUGE deal about it- how I "have" to have my dad walk me down the aisle- and I felt a bit like an a**hole wanting to walk myself.. I'm turning 29 soon, we are paying for the wedding ourselves, and I'm giving myself to Vince, (oh god, is it weird that that phrase freaks me out-"giving myself to him") -so I'm planning on walking myself down the aisle....

Amiee- I love your picture! We have been together off and on (happens when you date for an extended period of time in your 20's -hehe) for 10 years- lived together for 5. I'm determined to kick him out of the room! We are having dinner the night before with everyone--- then splitting up-- even if we both end up at Playa del Carmen (highly likely) -we can't be in the same bar/club! -girls in one, boys on the other.. My 2 best gfriends are single-so they'll probably end up crashing in our room and the FI will stay with his brother-we'll move him out before dinner....However, If some of the girls are in my room in the AM of wedding day, I'm kicking them out for some "shannon-time"... That is the plan-we'll see if it works....
