I was probably about that bad with my DC too! I went cold turkey off caffeine (yes, I ditched the coffee too) and feel so much better! I'm less bloated, I drink only water, and I just feel better for it. I've been off a little longer than Jen and I highly recommend it if you are trying to lose weight. Also, you'll find you're much more hydrated, which will help with photos
