    WOW. Thanks for sharing! How did you find this???? This definitely gives me some comfort as I have been shopping around for a photographer while I am already booked with the resort. They too do not require a deposit. This is nice work.

    Didn't know you were renewing as welllllll! The only reason I am so shocked is because you have put so much effort into YOUR DAY! I was under the impression I shouldn't be "going all out" for a simple vow renewal I didn't have a wedding before so I guess it is ok. I am thinking of getting a conversion dress as well. I'm not for the "changing" into a whole new dress. I think a conversion will satisfy my urge to have something short and funky for my reception.

    Really?? The package prices I received said 360 + 12% (something around there). For $600 I will be setting up flowers and sashes myself. LOL I received the package email maybe 2 months ago, I am going to contact them today to ask for an updated list as they should provide booked brides with that info. SMH

    I will be using the resorts hairdresser and make up artists. Hair is $70. Not bad for a bride. They hike the prices up for "brides".

    The flights from NY to DR are currently 400-500. I hope they don't go up much more!

    A lot of sites make it mandatory to buy at least 100. I did not need that many so I choose to send electronic save the dates. Etsy has great deals but I guess it isn't worth it for them to just make 50 invites. You are getting soooo much done! Happy planning!

    The resort's floral center pieces can be expensive so it's not a bad idea to bring something from home. I am swaying toward candles and crystals.

    I am a DR Bride but I am also shopping for a photographer in my budget, with the amount of wedding coverage we need. I need someone flexible. Ugh! Happy planning ladiessss.
