  2. Heyyyy, I'm also a date twin! I am debating on having a DJ vs an IPOD. Y must everything be done by the end of February? We still have 5 months to go. I know many of my guests haven't even booked and that is holding me up from doing OOT bags and favors. :/

  11. I have booked Tropical Pictures for my August 11, 2012 wedding. Their Facebook has a wide range of pictures. Pictures are important for capturing this special moment but I don't want to pend an arm and a leg for them. I chose a package for $700 and will have friends and family documenting the entire week. I think the $300 for anyone other than PhotoPhil is ridiculous and Phil is not there during my wedding (not that I wanted to spend 2K for pics).SUBMIT

  13. Heyyyy ladies! I too am going to be a Majestic Colonial bride on August 11, 2012. This is a vow renewal for me so it will be a Symbolic Ceremony with Pastor York officiating! Super excited!
  14. Just ordered 30 from www.godominicanrepublic.com! I was afraid to ask for more. LOL. I'm super excited about them being FREE! Mine should be here by Monday (today's Thursday).
  15. I am having a beach ceremony (although I am deathly afraid of the gawkers) and still deciding if I should have a reception depending on how many ppl are coming.

  17. I am sooooo on board with you ladies. It was initially supposed to be just my hubby and I but soooo many ppl kept saying they wanted to join us, soooo I contacted a travel agent, made arrangements and a small down payment (that goes toward my travel at the end) and set up payment arrangements for my many friends and family. Only my immediate family has booked. None of my hubby's family and none of my friends. My thing is...I cannot move forward with OOT bags or anything else, if I do not know how many ppl will be in attendance. 1st payment was due in November, 2nd is due in February. I guess we will see if more ppl pay but this can def be frustrating. I'm trying to keep saying, its all about hubby and I but I know 30 ppl will book in June and then I will only have 2 months to starts finalizing my plans. I was considering doing 25 of everything and that's that! UGH!
  18. I also used pingg.com to send out my save the dates. Very convenient and free. Also wanted to get the info out ASAP so ppl could start booking their arrangements and/or saving. I will send something tangible in a month or so.
  19. I am a Pure Romance consultant in New York! Our in home parties with your girls are SOOOO MUCH FUN! Doesn't have to be a bachelor party, we party with our girl's "just because". Never did I imagine partying and earning money. Way too much fun. LOL
  20. I LOVE your spreadsheet! Super organized. I had most of the same issues with not enough coverage and being out of my price range completely. Also, my resort charges an extra $300 if you do not use their photographer. SMH. I am glad the resort photographer is a lot better than they were a year ago and I decided to go with them.   21. Congrats. Everything looks GREAT! I have seen you on FB and followed you a bit on BDW as well. You seem pretty practical like myself. I too have been with my hubby for upteen years ( this is our 5 yr vow renewal) and we have 2 boys. I got chills reading your story and your pictures clearly reflect your happiness.   22. I am wondering if you purchase the ceremony package, will they use move those decorations to the ceremony for you? Or do you have to buy the reception decoration package as well?
  23. I went to Kleinfeld TOO! About months ago (def went for fun...lol). I like Hared Rock but too expensive fr my guests. You must be from the New York area...where did you finally find your dress?
