**Sigh** I am so sick and tired of the news and all of the Drama!! First it was with the crime and now this!! I don't want to put my guests in danger, however...I can only explain so much that everything will be ok. All I can hope is that by the time June comes, Everything will have died down with this stupid Virus!! UGHHHHH It makes me so made when they start saying, "Don't travel to Mexico" I know it's only a matter of time before I get panicky e-mails. Dr. Oz was on GMA this AM and he said they should know more about the Virus in a week or so..Like if it's really Serious & Severe or if it will just fizzle out. I am hoping it Fizzles and Fast!!!

I was suppose to do all my Vista Print projects today and bailed on it. I got so overwhelmed..This Wedding has left me with little patience these days:-)

***UPDATE**** Well when we first got there, the Vet Tech (who came in first) said that usually if it's soft and kind of moves around, it's a fatty cyst...But if it's hard and doesn't move it could be something else and it's most likely attached to something (which fits Buddy's case)..He said in this case it may be attached to a muscle. So of course after that I was even more nervous. My Vet came in (who I love) and he got a needle to see what it was filled with and he said it looked like puss. He said it almost seems like it's a Puncture wound. Which makes sense because I found it two days after he was at daycare. I'm sure he was wrestling around with the other Labs there like he does every week. The Vet said he really thinks that what it is...So he gave me this antibiotic (250 ml -Clavamox)..It was pretty expensive for antibiotic ($60 for 40 pills). My dog should be immune to anitibiotic by now with as many times as he's been on it with things that have happened from his allergies!! (my poor baby ;-( ) Anyway...he has to take 2 pills twice a day (with food) and he wants me to put warm compresses on it so it brings the Blood (with the antibiotic in it) right to the lump. I have to do this for 10 days and see if it gets smaller. If it does, then its a good sign, because it means it was just an infected puncture wound of some sort...If not..Then he will do surgery and a biopsy & remove it. Either way..we have to bring him back in two weeks. I am praying it gets smaller :-) I did ask him how much it's going to cost me if he needs the surgery and biopsy and he said about $475. Which isnt a bad as I thought. It would still hurt us as far as the wedding goes, but it won't break us :-) He said that he really doesnt think it's going to come to that, because from what was inside of it, he thinks the antibiotic will work. All in all..I feel a little bit better, but not completely :-) I am going to start him on it in the morning. We had so much running around to do tonight, I didn't want to just give him this pill I never gave him before and leave him alone (you never know!! I am wacky I know this..LOL) Thank you ladies again for all of your support and great positive stories. I was so nervous all day, and even though I still kind of am..I feel alot better :-) I will update this thread in a couple days if the lump goes down and let you all know the status :-) By the way..Buddy was SOO not thrilled with this visit..LOL He would not stay on the table and it was a workout to keep him from falling off. And since we were there, and since my dogs Anal glands get clogged (I know..Eww) I asked the vet to squeeze them out (because I will not do it..EWW) and Buddy reallly flipped out...LOL He was probably like, one minute I am in daycare and the next I got some guy squeezing my ass!! hahahahahaha :-)

I will keep you all posted, but I really appreciate all of the positive stories and thoughts :-) In my heart I know it's nothing and everything will be ok..But there is that little voice in my head. If he says it's nothing, but I can get it removed, I will do it after the wedding . My friends Bassett hound had a lump this week (Of course she ran to check him after I told her about Bud, and she found one & I felt really horrible about it) His was on his stomache and she said it was hard, but alot smaller than how I made Buddy's sound. She said they Drained it and will test it, but it was most likely nothing :-) Anyway..I'll post as soon as we get back tonight :0) Thansk again!!

So two Sundays ago, I was just waking up...and of course Buddy (dog) was layed out in between FI & I and waiting for his rub down..LOL I started petting him and because I am neurotic about my animals..I always feel for strange things on them...Because you never know. Well...I found a lump. It wasn't huge, but it was hard and it clearly didn't belong there (I felt the other side, just to be sure & there's not anything there) It was one of those moments where I wished I wouldn't have found it and I wanted it to magically go away...So I didn't say anything to FI at first. But later on in the day I did and he felt it and said maybe he got hurt at Daycare that prev Friday or something. I didn't want to take chances so the next day I called my Vet to try to get him in there. The specific Vet I wanted was just getting back from Vacation and completely swamped, so the earliest appointment I could get was for tonight (6pm) & now that the day is here, I am so Nervous :-( Alot of people keep saying it's probably a Fatty Cyst and it will most likely just have to be drained. But I don't know..Are Fatty Cyst's hard?? This is like a round knot near his hip, on his left side. & it feels like it has gotten bigger. It doesn't hurt him. We touch it and poke it and he doesn't even care. He's completely normal...Eating, Drinking, going to the Bathroom & Playing. I am nervous for two reasons...First and foremost...I want him to be ok and for it to be nothing serious. I can't imagine anything happening to my baby and I can't even think about when he's old and it's his time to come, but he's only 2 1/2 so I didn't need to think about that. Secondly, I am nervous at the cost. My Wedding is exactly 2 months away. I have the money to pay my room off (I am holding off on paying it "just in case" this thing turns into major money) However...I have other things that still need to be bought & paid off. This dog means the world to me and I will get him the care he needs..But I am hoping and praying that it's not costly and certainly not serious. I figured I would Vent about it here because I am sure everyone else around me is sick of hearing about it..LOL Keep your fingers crossed for Buddy tonight Anyone else have any similar experience with their dogs

Well I heard that the Wedding is the season Finaley. I hope she goes through with it, I am so tired of her and Derek's Drama!!! They need a couple more new characters in there to shake things up.

Yes..Definitely contact the other Bridesmaids!! My MOH (sister) was in charge, but she had everyone (My bridesmaids and close friends who asked to be involved) meet at her house twice before my shower. Once to plan everything and another time to put things together (favors, they wrapped all of the utensils in napkins & etc..) I am surprised that the other bridemaids haven't called you and asked to help. BUt since they haven't, I would send a mass e-mail or make some calls and say " ok..this is what's planned...and this is what's left to do..Who wants to do what??" LOL Good Luck! :-)

Well I am not sure about Canada, but I can tell you that for me..I would get my stuff in a week or less using the regular shipping, not rushed or anything. I love it!! So Colorful and I LOVE your Letters in the sand :-) I really wanted to do a Candy table...However, I don't really want to go running around Mexico trying to find it. Are we allowed to bring it down there? Will customs allow it I mean. I am already going to be paying over weight fees on most of my bags, so if i can get some Candy i may just do my own Candy Barr. I didn't think you could take food with you to mexico though. Anyway..it really looks great!!

I seriously think it all stems back to how they were raised and really...Their Mothers!! Tell your FI that you don't remember "Applying" for this Job he thinks you have and the last time you checked it was 2009, not 1920. And also politely remind him that the more relaxed you are, the Happier you will be and you and him will be able to spend more "time" together if he helps you out..LOL That should work :-)

First let me say that I am so sorry you are going through this. Second...I need to say that if you get rid of your Cats, Just because he doesn't like them...Your making a big mistake. My Biggest fear when I was single was that I would meet a guy I really liked and then find out that he is allergic to Cats or Dogs. I always thought, What would I do then? Now I fear that my future children will have allergies (That's just me being nuts and finding stuff to worry about! LOL) My point here is...Allergies are one thing...You can try things to cure that and then go from there. This is Simply someone who knew you had cats and knew they were a package deal before you moved in together and he just doesn't want to compromise. That is a red flag to me. You are compromising. Your actually being better then I would have been. I would have just not let the cats in the bedroom while we were sleeping as a courtesy to him, but that would have been it. So to me, your going above and beyond. What is he doing?? Would he leave you or Break up with you because of this? Would he walk away because your cat cries at night? & Would you want to be with someone who could so easily walk away instead of sitting down and figuring out a way to deal with this? Those are questions that I would ask myself, If I were you. There has to be a compromise and a way to work this out. But it can't just be you doing all the work and compromising...It has to be the both of you. To be Honest...My FI isn't crazy about my cat. Mostly because she hates him (He wants her to be more like a dog and let him pet her and hold her & etc..LOL) He messes around saying that we are getting rid of her..However..He knows that would never happen. He knows this, because in the begining I layed it all out for him about her. She is a part of me..You want me..Then you get her. You don't have to like her, love her or even do anything for her...I will do all that. You just have to live with her the best you can. And he does...He has no choice if he loves me :-) My Cat never slept with me, so that was never an issue. She is so noisy at night I always locked her out of my room, even before FI was in the picture...But she had the run of the rest of the house at night. I wish you luck and this is a really hard thing your going through. It may seem easy to some of us out here who are saying...Stick to your guns and keep the cats..But I know that your upset and scared of what's going to happen. Whatever you decide..Please make sure you think it through COMPLETELY!! Good luck! :-)

I think since we only have 23 people...Including FI & I...We are doing the one long table. However I am making a seating chart to have everyone sit where I want them too..LOL I will have Marraccas at each place setting with their names attach to it, Via a little card. This isn't 100%..but it's what I am leaning towards. I also like the U Idea..However..I am not sure that wil be possible. I am going to make more then one seating chart with all the ways I would like the table set up and see which one works when I get there..LOL

i just wanted to share what we found today and how we found it :-) So, I planned to have FI wear a tan/beige suite for the Wedding. The Groomsmen were going to wear their own Kahkis and I bought them white linen Guayaberas. The ring bearer was wearing a Linen Suit (Tan) that i bought from Childrens place and a White Guayabera, from Old Navy. Anyway...I bought all this stuff for the Groomsmen and Ring bearer thinking we can just go out one day and get FI's suit..No big deal. WELL...We went out today. Apparently it's really simple to find a tan/beige suite..Even a Linen one...If your not a Big guy :-( FI needs a Size 54 or 56 suit Jacket, and in Tan, It was impossible to find!!! We went to at least 5 stores in Jersey today. We started at K&G in Deptford and they had such nice Suits and reasonable prices...But eveything we liked, it didnt come in FI's size :-( I was really aggravated!! Finally, after 4 hours of shopping and no luck, we went back to K&G...We found this suit Jacket that he loved and it fit...But there wasnt a matching pair of pants for it..So we decide we are going to "make" a suit....I gotta say, we brought it together pretty well...But it just wasn't what I pictured. And I hated that the pants where darker then the Jacket..Even if the Tie brought it all together, it just wasnt working for me. FI's mom was buying him the Suit so she was with us and she really wanted that "fake" suite to work!! LOL Anyway, after running back and forth grabbing different sizes while FI was in the dressing room, I saw that they had linen short sleeve button down shirts and linen pants (they had a draw string, but also buttoned) in a bunch of colors. I grabbed a white shirt and pants and told FI to humor me and try it on..... He did and it looked pretty good. But I wasn't thrilled with him wearing all white, like me...LOL So i grabbed a black Linen shirt go with it and Damn, it looked really good!! It was very beachy, but still classy. And most of all FI was so comfortable and happy. I could definitely picture him in that outfit on our Wedding day :-) We found him a pair of Black shoes that really made the outfit and we were good to go. The linen outfits there are really nice and pretty cheap! The pants were $25 and the shirt was $20 or $25 (can't remember) Thy are perfect for a DW wedding. They had Black, White, Tan, Blue, & Orange. They also had Linen Suits in Tan and White that were really nice...Perfect actually, but I think the biggest jacket size was a 50. However, if your FI is smaller then mine, they would really be great for a DW wedding! :-) So now, FI is wearing his Black shirt and White pants...We changed the Groomsmens outfits up..LOL We bought them Black Linen pants to go with their White Linen Guayaberas and our Ring Bearer is still going to wear the White shirt and tan pants, but no Suit jacket. Him and the Flower girl are going to lok fabulous together!! :-) Anyway...I really just wanted to share my finds with you all tonight!! There are a couple of K&G's in Jersey (Deptford and Cherry Hill) I think there is one in Northeast Philly and I think even king of Prussia. I'm really not sure about other states, but it's definitely worth a look. I will post pics when I do my planning thread in June...I am trying not to post all of my pics until then (Except for my Dress, which has been on here both times..LOL) Happy Shopping Ladies
