I am on your side with this make it clear they will have to pay the extra $ to enter the resort if they chose to stay off of the resort. It is there choice and you should not have to pay for it

You should start seeing some in January for Resort deliveries but the bulk of them should come in the end of March and April for spring/summer deliveries. Alterations depending on what they are should not take much time at all men usually just need the pants hem and finished the jacket should only need the sleeve/cuff as well if you need more then that it still shouldn't take very long. Now if the store you buy it from says it will take long they are lying and just tell them it is for your wedding and they should put you to the front of the line or take it somewhere else.It is not like a dress you can take it anywhere.

I have the same open floor plan so my kitchen, living room, dining room, and stairway go up to the second floor and a room i still don't know what it should be I went with a neutral it is called nomadic dessert from Sherman Williams and i love it. I was soooo nervous to commit to a color due to how much of it I would see but I actually think every time I look at it I made the right decision it makes me smile. Now all my furniture can make a statement instead of my walls

wow that sucks...no one realizes how much research and how organized we are when we choose our resorts. Our room is free when our guest stay at our resort and the more rooms the longer stay we receive, yeah it sounds cheap but it is just extra money we can put towards the wedding and add a excursion for everyone so I understand how you feel about the extra expense... You seem to going beyond your duties already paying for transportation and rooms for some guests...If you have a wedding website I would post it on there so it doesn't come off to in your face but say something like "You will be charged $70 if you are not a guest at the blah blah resort" What resort are you getting married at?

I was going to say it matters what size your bust normally is you need a dress size that will fit your bust and then you can take it in from there. My cousin is normally a size 4 and her waist went back to a size 4 when she had the baby pretty quickly but her bust needed a 8 and that was tight basically you will have to resize the entire dress so buy bigger just in cae

I don't think your mom should where the same color as you no matter if you wear white, blue, red, pink ( I think you get the picture) If she is walking you down the aisle then you should stand out and not be wearing the same color. Unless you decide to have a white party where everyone wears white

Hi everyone so here is my latest story...I bought sterling silver start fish necklaces off ebay that I knew were Tiffany knockoffs (which they are) but they went a little too far. They actually have Tif & co engraved in the necklace and it comes in the Tif pouch and box ok no big deal right, wrong. I do not want my BM's to think they are real and it is a little embarassing telling them up front they are not real. Plus my BN's are NYC snobs and are drenched in Tiffany and will notice the box/pouch are the wrong color. I bought them because I thought they were pretty and they perfect gift not that they were Tiffany knockoffs but now it is drama something this simple is becoming a big pain...I just feel everything is going wrong even the small things So my question is did anyone else buy these and are they telling their BM's they are fake?

Did you call JCrew Corp Offices directly and demand something be done (nicely of course) bridesmaid dresses are a all year round business and can be recut at anytime to have more product available to the customer. Also they may say online they have no more available but there are always pieces around. especially that they took and sent half your order. Did they tell you when you placed the order it was out of stock? If not, they owe you something they went into contract agreeing they had the product available for sale and legally can not not fill the contract of sale. The point of us having a DW is that there are way too many people who we would have to invite to a wedding in NYC it would be probably 300 guest min. So the DW was so much more our personality small and intimate. So we decided not to have anything when we return home because then we would be back at our original problem. Also all the people we love and really want to share it with will be with us if they can't make it to Jamaica then we don't like you enough to plan and pay for another party I do commend the girls that can handle planning, paying and enjoying more then 1 event

Good luck with it and hope you have a speedy recovery Second ok so my FI is in debt right now (that is another story) and I am a penny pincher if I can't pay for it in cash but there is a loop hole bare with me I am trying to explain this so it makes sense written out ok so you have your $ you pay your bills and extra goes to save for the wedding correct? so instead of pushing back the date set up a payment plan woth your resort like I owe $3,000 in 2 more weeks then I owe another $$$ in 6 months etc until I owe $$$ on my wedding day...so instead of putting the money in the bank you just put it towards the wedding so you can't use it in the meantime because the car broke down and now you have to get married in 2030 then comes all the extra stuff dress, favors, invitations, FI outfit etc...here you spread out your spending you have enough time with your original date when you pay in smaller amounts it doesn't hurt your day to day life as much and really think what is more important a really expensive dress or getting married sooner then later it will be a great learning experience on $$$ control this is my theory and I am sticking to it

Yeah check out all the posts on them ...but in general you can put things like personal care, mini meds, bathing suit coverups, books, beach ball, cups, and so much more. Some of the ladies here have really made the oot bags special
