    I just got done doing the P90X - Kempo X - DVD and it is AWESOME!!! I feel so good right now. If you like taebo type aerobics, this is the DVD for you.

    So I had a good weekend. I ate very good and worked out both days. The hard part will be when I am at work. I am a nurse and people have goodies and snacks everywhere and it is so easy to pick up one and not even think about it, but I am going to try my hardest to stay away and eat better.     I have a question. Does Florida accept a Jamaican marriage license? People at work are telling me that I should get married here in Florida before I go, but have the ceremony there because it would be easier for me to get a copy of my marrige license locally than wait 2-3 months. What do you ladies think? I'm not sure I want to do that because I want the big day to be down there. Let me know what you think or what you did.

    I'm super excited. We booked out flight from Ft Lauderdale to Montego Bay on Air Jamaica for $491.18 for 2 tickets. Our wedding isn't until October, but we didn't want to hold off when we got a good deal. What a great way to start off the new year.
