How do you have the time My sister gave me this adorable "sexy little bride" hoodie that I'm totally wearing to the airport. We are only allowed 2 bags with a total of 44 pounds. How the heck is that gonna work?!?!?

  10. [quote=ToBeMitchell;640864 The only dent I put in my never ending to-do list was to tan.. Hopefully I can get EVERYTHING done Thursday and Friday. (big sigh..) I love it!!! I had big plans today too! I'm a teacher and this is my last week off then it's two weeks till we leave. I still have quite a bit to do, not to mention planning for the next three weeks of school, which I've barely started! Today I: Made and ordered a BD photo book for my fiance Cleaned out my closet (moving out of my parents house is proving to be a big job) Went to hot-yoga with my dad Created some tipping instruction tags for our guests Yikes...where did the time go. Tomorrow's to-do list already has 9 things on it. Better not have another day like today!
  11. Wow, both are beautiful! Good luck selling them, I bet they'll go quick!

  13. Hey ladies, I have to post b/c I had a very productive day!!! I... Picked up my dress which is now perfect after it's final alterations! Found and bought the 7 travel candles I needed at Michaels for .68c Bought the sand for our sand ceremony Bought the palm-tree punch I wanted for our welcome letters Completed all the thank you cards from my 4 wedding showers Finally received GM attire, just need some footwear now Tomorrow FI and I plan on crossing off at least 3 more things on our list!
  14. Everything looks so beautiful! Did you talk about hair extensions at one point? I am curious b/c if you have them in they look totally natural.
  15. Way to go Nicole! I am SO excited for you! Sounds like you're pretty calm too, I'm sure having a place to live when you get back really helps.
  16. Okay, I haven't posted anything on here for a long time but here's my new status: GM clothes came in, they haven't tried them on yet and they don't have shoes yet. BD photos are done. They turned out beautiful and I just need to get them back from the photographer so I can order the book from iphoto. I would post them but being a teacher, I don't think its the best call. OOT bags are almost complete. Our mugs came in and I'm in love with them! My dress is getting final alterations, should be done by Dec 27th. We have the beginnings of a ceremony script as one of our friends is marrying us and I want to make sure he's got something to say. We picked the songs for our first dance and walking down the aisle. Hmmm... other than that a whole bunch of little projects are on the go. Am I forgetting anything major?
  17. Hahah, gotta love the Hills. I was also pretty impressed with Justin-Bobby.
  18. I totally understand the addiction! The first year I became a teacher I replaced all of my makeup with MAC. I have an appointment for a trial before we leave for the wedding, can't wait!!
  19. Well you're off to a beautiful start, looks awesome on you!
  20. I am walking to "I will write you a song" by the Plain White T's. It's the song that my fiance was playing when he proposed. He's a musician so it makes perfect sense for us.
  21. It's the same here in Winnipeg. Right now I'm finding it nearly impossible to get out of the house at all, nevermind the gym! Yesterday we spent all day trying to get my car started, and spent $100 on cords and booster cables!!!

My FI too is a little picky about what he wears but has no ideas when it comes to finding something to wear or doing the research. In the end I showed him a whole bunch of pics of grooms that I thought looked great and we both got a good idea of what he liked and what he really disliked. He'll be wearing a chocolate brown linen shirt and natural colored linen pants with some Vans slip-on shoes. I know he'll be happy and that's good enough for me...a pirate outfit might have been another story though. Good luck
  23. I just received my flowers. I love them, they even smell real! Here are the BM flowers sitting on their dresses. Here is my bouquet And this is me, super pumped that my flowers turned out better than I had hoped
  24. Okay, so I posted my dress here a long time ago but it was before alterations and the worlds tiniest photo. Hopefully these are a little better/bigger. The dress still needs to be taken in a little and we're adding a little boning so that the dress won't creep down. The last think I want to be doing is hiking it up all night. Oh yeah, and sorry about the sad face. I was really hoping the dress would be perfect this time.
