    i bought a dress spur of the moment when i first started looking, and totally regreted it. this store acutally let me cancel the order, amazingly, and i was off the hook. now i have found the dress of my dreams and i love it so much, but i even still regret it a bit because it was over my budget. I think it is always a person's nature to second guess a big decision like this.

    I totally think they are knock offs. notice how they say "watters and watters style" plus it says their dresses are custom made. but hey can't beat that price, if ya like it who cares! I would do it if i knew they are reliable. try and find someone who has used them, that is my suggestion.

    magsie her pictures are amazing. that is what i want. men are so frustrating, dan totally does not see the difference.

    melissaH- did you use the barcelo photog? do you know if they are good? i wonder if someone has pictures up somewhere. Magsie are you using their photog? i'm debating flying in a girl i know as a guest but dan really just wants to use the barcelo person.

    the dress sizes are clearly wack! i have had size 4 dresses fit like a glove, i am a tiny girl too. but i had to order my dress in a size 10 just because i have wider hips and my dress wold be really unforgiving if i didn't get that the right fit. i know i will have to have lots of alterations. it sucks. but i still love my dress!! NYLALANY- if your wedding is may 4th you may not be able to order a dress in time. i bought mine last month and i won't get it until the first week of may, giving me like only 20days for alterations. yikes.

    oh! i so like those! but i can't wear flip flops with jewels or beads. it will snag the lace. darn it.

    we have people flying out of all over and canada and the US so it definatley makes sense to use an agent, plus ours is a certified wedding planner also so she takes care of all the little details before i get there.

    we are having a long engagement. he proposed june/06, we are not getting married until may/08,so i waited just over a year. started in september, got a feel for what i liked. got my dress last month nov/07. trying on dresses gave me modivation for wanting to look amazing on my wedding day. maybe for you too. i say go now, the search maybe take a while and you don't seem to have too much time to spare.
