    Dear stupid commuters on the Mass Pike: If there is a back-up getting on the ramp, it doesn't mean that you have special privileges to cut in front of everyone (ME!) who has been waiting patiently in the row of traffic. Your time is not more valuable than mine. I have to get to work too. Just because MA drives have the "Masshole" reputation doesn't mean you have to live up to it day after day! UUUGGGHHH!!!! I hate commuting!!!!

    Carly, could you do Chinese or Japanese characters since you are having your AHR at a C/J restaurant? They could be hard to differentiate, but you could do the large character and then write it out below.

    I think it depends on the manufacturer. The bridal shop told my sister 8months for her gown, and it was 8 months exactly. For our bridesmaids dresses, they told us 3-4 months and they were in after about 8 weeks. I'd check at David's to see if there are mfg's that tend to be quicker.

    I voted for #4 because I had to choose, but I really like #3 as well. #1 is nice, not crazy about #2 because like Lizz, I'm not really into hearts.

    I agree with everyone else, they need to be invited. Also, I would make sure that I tell them that "I don't understand why you're feeling this way, but I want you to know that you are my brother and as much as I'd like you to be there and stand up as my best man, I know you have reasons why you cannot." OK, maybe a chick would say this and not a guy, but there's probably a way to get this point across.

    That seems a little shady to me... I've never heard of paying for the entire wedding 6 months before the wedding. I hope some other girls getting married in Cabo will comment, then you have some back up when you go back to your coordinator. Good luck!

    Catherine, I feel ya! I want to send the STD's and put deposits down and all that stuff, but I still don't have a ring and I feel like I'd be doing it backwards. I know Mike has a plan, but it just isn't quick enough for me!!!
