I also get eye strain from lots of time in front of the computer (this darn forum isn't helping!!!) ... but other than those small things ... I am ssssooo glad I had it done and can't imagine still wearing contacts/glasses. I have the same halo thing. I had it done about 2.5 years ago. My vision is still about 5 points off in one eye, so I still wear glasses sometimes. But I also went from almost legally blind to nearly perfect. The halo thing is horrible tho. I naturally have very large pupils. I never noticed it as much until this surgery. It's weird, they get HUGE in fluorescent or low lighting. Now I take Alphagan eye drops as needed but they cost $100 for a small bottle!! I hate it when my pupils get big - not only do I look like I'm on drugs but it's difficult to see and I get the halos. Blehhhhh. I don't think I'd take it back BUT I won't go back to get the surgery again like the doctor wants me to. That surgery TOTALLY wigged me out!!!! lol Btw, does anyone else have this problem with abnormally large pupils?? The doc said it was really weird, they get enormous but then drop down to pinholes when the light hits 'em... It makes me very self conscious when they get so big. At least with the drops you can see that my eyes are green and not black!

  5. Ok, FINALLY: "Beer choice was Corona, Pacifica, Bud and Bud Light." That was from March of 2005 tho...
  6. I've been searching Trip Advisor reviews and so far I've found that they at least have Coronas but that their selection is limited. I'll let ya know if I find out anything else...
  7. That's very exciting! Another Cabo Surf bride, yay! I don't personally have any experience with the hotel but I think that sounds like a great idea (going to Costco and getting some snacks n' stuff).

Yeah, I went to see the WC at the Mayan/Lindo and she only gave us wedding package rates...
  10. I would think people would want to hang out and dance for longer than an hour. My favorite part of the weddings I've been to was the dancing afterwards during the reception. I would plan for two hours at least, but honestly I haven't even started a time line yet so take that for what it's worth.
  11. Newscaster reporting from a field where they are burning marijuana accidentally gets high in the process... YouTube - news caster got high in mariuana

  15. Y'all look so cute! Looks like you guys had a great time, how fun!

  18. Ok I think I finally fixed the pix on the 1st page. Let me know if you can see them now.

Thanks! Doesn't the Mayan already have have cool lounge stuff? Or are you just looking at renting centerpieces and things like that...?
