(while I was living there, I wouldn't put my big toe in the water in February...it is freezing!!!) Most of the storms come through from September through January. February isn't a big travel time down there, which is good for finding good prices. Well I see your from San Fran so did you think the water was too cold in Feb b/c you are used to warm temperature? I am from NY where the weather is brutal in February. We are talking below zero, freezing cold temps. But I would like to be able to go in the water. Hmmm maybe we should go at a different time.
  11. Go shorty, it's your birthday. We're gonna party like it's your birthday. We're gonna sip Bacardi like it's your birthday And you know we don't give a F--- Cuz it's your birthday! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! That was my b-day rap for you.
  12. Loreta (loretuke) also recently got married there. Her pictures were gorgeous! The place is soooooo nice!
  13. Ahhh Angie your back! We were wondering where you were. Your pics look great, I heart, heart, heart that dress, it is gorgous! I can't wait to read your review.
  14. I used to bite my nails and cuticles (I know that is so gross). My nails would never, ever grow. But then I started getting manicures every single week (I still get them weekly) and my nails started growing so fast. Now I like having super short nails and my nails don't stop growing. Literally from one week to the other they grow so long. I really think all the ideas the girls gave you are great. Just take some vitamins and get a good manicure frequently and they will start to grow! Good luck! (With the nails and the bling!)
  15. I think you should fight it. That's annoying that they told you one thing and now they are changing their tune. If they want to charge extra money fine, but they should have told you about that from the onset. See if your WC can fight this for you. Good luck!
  16. Sorry to highjack but my FI wants us to go to T&C in February. We were thinking of staying at the Palms. Does anyone know what the weather is like in Feb?
  17. Heidi I have not been on all day so this is the first post I am reading. I wish I had magic words that would make all your pain disappear but I don't. All I can say is that I am terribly sorry for your loss and my condolences goes out to you and your family. I can't even begin to imagine what you are going through but I hope that you will reach that closure and peace that you deserve. Please know that we are here for you whenever you need us.
  18. HAPPY BIRTHDAY DREA!!! Have an amazing b-day and many more. I hope it
  19. Stop lying Rachelle we know your mean. Its so evident by all your posts. Your always so harsh on everyone... I wish we could see each other through the computer b/c then you would see that I couldn't even say that with a straight face. LOl. I am clearly 100% kidding, you are one of the nicest people I have ever met. (Well cyberspace met) I know its not like that everywhere in the South. I have been to Texas so I am fully aware that it is not that way. Its just so shocking that there are small little towns where they still have these things in certain areas in the South. So bizarre!!
  20. I am dying to see next week's episode. I almost died when they said Cabo. They are so lucky! LOL. I think the name of the big rental store in Cabo for lounge furniture is Fun & Motivation.

Where is the goverment in all of this, how can they still allow this type of enviroment to be allowed in what is suppose to be one of the most progressively forward countries in the world. In a country where your rights as a human being are suppose to be protected. How dare the USA go into other countries as the protector of human rights, and then ignore what is happening in their own backyard! It boggles the mind! Well said Kelly!
  22. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!! I hope you have an amazing day with your hubby and that you get to enjoy each other's company.
  23. This is an old episode right? I saw this one. Her wedding was absolutely gorgeous. And she had the dress that I love (also Kash's dress)! Everything was so beautiful. Ahhhh to afford a wedding like that. LOL. On another note, I love the lounge idea. I think maybe Anny and Jenetta had loungy areas. You could probably ask them how they set theirs up. Jill your pink idea looks fabulous.
  24. OMG. Okay first of all I 100% admit that I am ignorant b/c I while I am well aware that there is still racism I had no idea that there were still segregated restrooms in the South. About a couple of months ago I read an article in the paper about a southern high school (I forget in which state) which had their first intergrated prom. I swear to you I fell out of the chair when I saw that. A 2007 high school prom! I had no idea they had segregated proms. That is when I clued into the fact that these types of things are still occuring. I am shocked and appalled by this type of behavior. I was born and raised in Flushing, New York, which is the most diverse city in America. I absolutely loved every moment of it. I loved having classmates from every country and friends who taught me a vast array of culture things. I view people as humans and not as races and people like the ones in this article are disgusting. I am beyond perturbed that things like this are still going on today. As much as I dislike the Reverend Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, I hope their big mouths/publicity hungry personas will bring national attention to this matter and shed light on the disgusting racial inequalities that are still prevelant in America today.
  25. Oooh Tammy, I'm so glad the chicken parm and salad were yummy. You poor thing I can't believe you have no groceries. Can your parents or one of your sisters help you get some stuff? I think you should give Steve a little more credit, I think he can do the groceries. LOL.
