I'd love to hear ALL your thoughts on Grand Cayman!

Has anybody looked into getting married in the Grand Cayman? If you've even took a trip there please tell me your impressions of the island. I'm still searching for my destination.

My name is Aimee and I happened upon this website and thought it may be of use to me because I having difficulty picking a location for my wedding which I would like to occur in April or June. I think I have it narrowed down to either Riveria Maya, Mexico or St.Lucia in the Caribbean. I am open to any input anyone has about either of these locales.
