Ooh I'm late to this but I'm so glad you found someone that you are happy with. I was also going to recommend Jason and Karen's photog but everyone else already mentioned it to you. Aren't you glad you have your BDW friends to help you avert a crisis?

Amber are you referring to transportation from the airport to the resort or some place else? B/c if that is what you are referring to, your guests could pay their own transporation (i.e. if you have a TA you could just have them include it in their travel price) and this way you wouldn't have to pay for transportation. As far as the cake goes, I have no idea how much that costs but if your crafty enough to make most of your stuff maybe you would be willing to have a friend help you bake one when you get down there. A simple cake would not be hard to bake, especially if cake is not important to you. This would save you a ton of money.

Only when there is something wrong does the doctor call herself. The fact that she had a tech call means that everything is okay. I had some blood tests done awhile ago and they told me I had a high blood count which was indicative of an infection, and then after extensive testing the tests came back normal. Sometimes they just tell you stuff to be cautious but in the end it turns out everything is okay. I think this is great news and you should celebrate!!

Angela you look amazing!!! That is such a huge accomplishment. Honestly you are so inspirational. You have given me the motivation to get started on losing weight (I've been putting it off for years). Thank you for sharing.

Shelley I'm so sorry that you are going through this. But I don't really don't think you should let this get you down. There is so much out there in the world of biology and medicine that most of us don't fully understand. I think you should wait to get more test results and have your doctor explain everything to you before you start getting upset. Plus there are so many advances in medicine that even if you did have difficulty getting pregnant there may be something to aid you. Think of all those people that are never supposed to walk again and do, those people who get amputated legs and then do triatholons. This is just a little bump in the road. You are such an amazing person and you and Amos deserve to have a little munchkin and you WILL have it. I have complete faith in that.

I've thought of a solution to this never ending day pass problem. Well its not a good solution (lol) but at least its something. I would designate someone you trust, like a best friend or MOH to casually mention it to people in passing. The person should never end up mentioning who would end up paying for it only say something like the following: DESIGNATED PERSON: Hey you guys staying at the hotel? I'm so excited its going to be so much fun. COUPLE/FRIEND: Actually we/I are/am going to stay at XYZ Hotel DESIGNATED PERSON: Oh I love XYZ hotel! I was also thinking of staying there but then I would have to pay a $80 day pass each time I wanted to go hang out with everyone. I figure if I'm going to pay all that money to go to a DW then I want to be able to hang out with everyone. Plus, it would be so weird to have to pay $80 to go to their wedding. Or worse, I wouldn't want Morgan to have to pay for that. COUPLE/FRIEND: Oh really? I had no idea there was an $80 day pass fee. That sucks. It makes more sense to stay at the hotel with everyone else if that's the case. *Okay so I realize that I'm delusional and it will never work out that way, but the truth is that people tend to go along with whatever the majority of people are doing and if everyone starts to hear about the fee, I think they will cave in and stay at your resort.

I love your dress! It is so pretty. Everything looks gorgeous. I especially like your arch and the lounge furniture. How many guests did you have? Please keep the pics coming, we love them and can't get enough of them.

I'll be completely honest, waiting for pics wouldn't upset me so much b/c I tend to be patient and I love anticipation so for me it would be fine. However, if this was something I really wanted, I would not be as nice as you guys have been. I would have harrassed him until he couldn't take it anymore. I already would have threatened him with bad reviews. Natalie if I were you I would write an e-mail telling him about his contractual obligations and telling him that he has left you no choice but to post a review on the forum warning other brides of his bad business practice. I guarantee you he overnights them to you! I'm telling you the squeaky wheel gets the oil. If you don't say anything then he will push you aside and work on the girls that do complain.

OMG this is fabulous news!!! I am so excited! I think its beautiful to get married on your mother's b-day. What a wonderful day to remember and celebrate her. You must be walking on a cloud right now. And don't worry about wanting to start over, I think every bride wants to do that at some point or another.
