Tammy, frozen grapes are really good. I think for me its just the cold factor, this sounds stupid, but how cold things make my throat feel, I know thats bizarre, but I think thats one of the reasons I love ice cream! Anyway, I thought of something this morning. I love the fruit & yogurt parfaits at mcdonalds & starbucks. But a lot of times I make them myself, I buy fat free columbo vanilla yogurt in the big container and then I buy frozen strawberries, raspberries, & blueberries. I will usually put these together in a container and then by the time I get to work, they have partially defrosted and I'll eat it for breakfast, and its really cold, I love it, its so good! and it really fills me up.

now you've got me wondering if my resort has them in colors, I should check on this

Leigh your sending your invites out in March? I wasn't planning to send mine out until June, I do want them back a few months in advance so that I can plan everything else, but I think if I send them out in March, it will be too soon for some people to know for sure if they're coming.

I've been looking on ebay for a dress too, to see if there was anything I liked. The individual sellers don't worry me and the bridal shops in the states don't worry me, but the ones in China that say they make the dresses, scare me. I don't know why, it just makes me really nervous. I've never had any problems with any of the other transactions I've done on ebay. Oh, one thing, I sold a few things on ebay and usually I only ship within the U.S. but one person from canada asked for something and another from mexico. So I said yes, shipped the items, the one going to canada was supposed to take up to 2 weeks, it was 2 months before he received it, and the one to mexico was supposed to be 2-3 weeks, it was 3-4 months before he received his stuff. I felt so bad for both of these people, they did get them, but it took a lot longer than expected. This was through the USPS, so just be sure to use fedex or ups or some type of guaranteed service just to be sure.

Kash, I'm kind of the same way, I was driving home today and all I could think about was chocolate and I just have this immense craving for junk food, I even contemplated stopping at this bakery, that was next door to where my appointment was! It's so awful! But I think Natashas right, we just have to try to stay away from the junk food and eat good food for a few weeks and we'll start to feel better!

I did the treadmill last night as well, 30 minutes, I had to get off to watch american idol, but tonight I'll try to do 45-50 minutes and some arm weights. I really need to get into more of a routine with my arms

well this week has been better than the last few, so thats good, I'm just hoping that when I get on the scale tomorrow that I haven't gained, or at least not a lot, I'm scared, last weekend I was bad, bad, bad. Glad you're feeling better Melissa, I'll check in tomorrow!

I agree with Glenda, when I was single I hated getting invited to a wedding by myself, it sucked, all these happy couples around and you're all by yourself & the fact that they're travelling and will be there for a couple of days and may not have anyone to hang out with, that would be a reason why I would probably not go, I just am a person that doesn't like situations like that, especially if the majority is couples, I hate being a 3rd wheel.
