i'm really trying to flatten out this tummy. So every morning i'll do anywhere between 100-300 crunches. depending how much time I have. lol I NEED that dress!!!!!!
Ugh, tummies! I hate them! My trainer has recently told me that no matter the amount of crunches you do, all that really helps with your stomach is diet and cardio. You have to get rid of the fat first, and then build up the muscle. Obviously, doing crunches and weight training in addition to cardio is best, but crunches alone does nothing. After two kids and two c-sections, I can' seem to get this little pooch to go away!

This is a sad reality that I find applies to ALL my trouble spots. Toning up is all well and good but without cardio I can't seem to lose those last 10 pounds EVER!

hahahaha...I totally know what you are talking about. My mom turned into a perpetual pregnant woman after she got my 2nd little sis! As a fact, she didn't realize that she was pregnant 5 months when she was carrying my little bro (she thought she gained weight after xmas and holiday seasons) LOL

Ok girls, time to share some dresses and pics. My friend, who is getting married in July 2010, bought an authentic LaSposa sample dress for $1000 (reg $1750) last year, and then she ordered a knockoff San Patrick Palma (a mermaid)from Ebay for $270 including a 2m Mantilla veil with tulle and lace and shipping. Now, she loves the knockoff more than her LaSposa.

This is the real San Patrick

Exercise..... That is a foreign word to me, but I think I´m going to have to take the plunge and start working out, might put it off til september though, when it cools down a bit, (any excuse). I keep telling myself i don´t have time to exercise, although if i spent a bit less time on the intenet.......

I was going to post this but thought it might upset people - lol! But hey you've done it now - lol!!!! My brother was a physical fitness instructor in the army (he is super fit yawn yawn) he also told me until you lose the fat off your stomach doing crunches etc wont may any difference - it may tighten the muscles under the podge but the podge will still be there - this has to be managed with diet. At this point i walked away and didnt want to listen - hahaha x
