    Not sure If i have posted in here yet, but we are getting married at dreams cancun november 28th of this year !! I have gotten my dress and accessories, my bridesmaid dresses, completed our passport invites and booked the venue for our AHR. I have also gotten candy jars for our candy buffett and centerpieces for the mexico wedding and the AHR. I feel pretty organized, just a few more things and we will be good to go. Thank goodness alot of stuff will be taken care of in mexico for me.

    Those were the two resorts that we were thinking about as well. We chose dreams because moon palace was more expensive, and we didnt want to ask our guests to break the bank to be at the wedding. The location of dreams is ideal as well and the beach is amazing. They seem to put on some amazing weddings and have seen nothing but great reviews on trip advisor and this site.

    I think I am going to wear my dress (as long as it isnt too trashed from our TTD) for dinner and the first dance and then change into a shorter dress

    I am buying my girls dresses as a gift for coming out to mexico, it will be a big chunk of our budget for 6 bridesmaids, but I feel like it will be the right thing to do after them paying so much to come to the wedding

    I love the bridesmaid dresses , Malibu blue is going to be our color as well and that is one we were looking at.. I am glad to see that dress flatters everyone

    our ahr was going to be a small celebration and it has turned in to a full reception. We have rented a hall out and are getting a liquor license, serving either appies or a buffet and decorating in our wedding colors. I am expecting it to cost just under 5000, but we will get some back from the cash bar.
