thanks for all the advice girls. I think I might just send her a letter because i am not a blunt person and I cant see my self just calling her and saying it.

I went to a wedding and a close friend/relative made a toast about the deceased parent and how much they would have loved to been there on this special day and how proud they would have been of their daughter. you could do something like that. i hope you are able to figure something out

I have known this girl since grade 4 and used to be best friends with her, and when we were growing up we used to say how we would be in each others weddings as bridesmaids. In highschool we had a falling out and have barely talk since then. I see her once every 4 months if that, but my best friend ran into her the other day and they started talking and she told my best friend how excited she was to be in the wedding party and started talking about dresses. I have not asked her to be in my wedding party (and was not planning on it) and only talked to her once about bridesmaids dresses because she asked if I had found them yet and how the planning was going. When we were talking, she said I should buy bridesmaids dresses(which I am not doing), and then went to go on and say if she was a bridesmaid and was asked to buy a dress that was $170 she would flat out refuse and said it was a stupid idea. I don't know what to say or do so that she doesn't continue to think she is in my bridal party. Another friend suggested I just suck it up and have her in my party, but i want it to be people who are close to me, and I know she will try to take over all of the planning or tell me I am doing things wrong.

How early do you need to send out STDs? I am not getting married for another 2 years, but my mom said that I should send STDs now, but I feel that its too early and people may forget about it or ignore them this early.

I have never done it for a wedding, but it you press down on the top layers and make sure you add enough sand and a top it normally holds pretty well. I have also heard of people putting a think layer of white glue(that dries clear) on the top and then dusting a little sand on top and letting it dry.

No I couldn't find any prices online. I wasn't going to go to stores yet because we were just making our budget we won't be shopping for them for a while.

How much is the average suit to buy? and to rent? My Fiance is looking for a gray suit but we were thinking of just buying one instead of renting, but we were just curious of the prices, and I can't find anything online.

I went to sunshine bridal(i think thats the name). its kinda by sunridge mall(behind the husky), Its a hole in the wall but they had tons of cute dresses, and the one I fell in love with was only 290. I have also heard if you look for a bridesmaids dress in white you can get them way cheaper(like 200-400, the one I found was an actual bridal dress though).
