I booked him before they we're banned too. I just sent my wc an email because I had heard new brides can not book him. Wanted to make sure eveything was still on. Still have to pay the outside vendor fee.

Melissa you need to post your review.So goad to hear your wedding went great! I know those so few of us AB brides we all have to help each other out. Did you do a welcome dinner? MandM- I haven't even heard of new ballrooms. Our wedding isn't until next April so I haven't really bothered my WC we got most of our stuff decided. Waiting for RSVP I gave everyone 3 months to decide so 9/1 is the cut off. I guessed for 50 so we'll see how it goes. You have so many rooms! I blocked 20 but I think we're going to need to add some more. Considering half the rooms are already booked. I'll PM you so we can discuss more.

I like # 1 & 4. #1 is very classic I love one shoulder dresses. #4 reminds me of a destination wedding dress. I'm not sure how poofy it is and if that would bother you. Good luck! -
I just sent out invites. They we're diy. I made them with my fsil and they came out great. I'll have to take pics and upload. Mostly everyone has gotten them already. We gave them 3 months to RSVP. Gives everyone enough time to decide. We sent out STD in March of this year and invitations just went out June 1st. Very exciting!!

We get to the Casitas April 9th the Monday after the wedding. We are going to book our minimoon next week. I believe right now they are not running any specials I just have to keep an eye on the website. When do you get there?

Lesley love your playlist! My wedding isn't until next year but I'm putting together songs that we both like and want to hear. I have a cocktail list, and reception list. We think we finally found a first dance song. We never had a song but we may have found one. Is everyone doing one dance or two with their husbands? I haven't decided for on music for the ceremony itself. It'll probably be traditional but I have no idea. I'll look on boards for inspiration -
Love the bouquet! The colors are bright which I love. The bamboo is nice but it is a little dark. Not to mention where are you having your reception? I always keep wind in the back of my head when planning. Don't want your centerpieces falling .

Congratulations Kerry!! setting a date and location are such a big accomplishment. What a relief! I'm getting married at Azul Beach and doing a week honeymoon at the Casitas as well. Maybe we'll bump into each other. I'm getting married April 7th 2012. Happy planning!
