  1. I'm pretty sure it's standard (as in, I've never paid to use it before, lol.) I've noticed that you don't always get the option to use it, but if you do, it's right under your design, but before you check the box to approve the proof. I also noticed that with some thank you cards, envelope seals, etc., you can change the color scheme. There many only be a few choices, but I know that for me, I was always able to find a blue. For example, the highlights in these envelope seals were originally pink but I was able to change them to blue. Something I'd suggest is buy 2 monogram designs from ayleebits.com, they are only $5 (I think). I uploaded them to Vistaprint, and I use our one monogram on EVERYTHING. It really ties your stuff together.
  2. The Thank You cards are a Vistaprint template, but I used the Advanced Editor to add our monogram, add our names and change the font color.
  3. Morning brides! I've been crossing tons off my list today for our out of town bags. I ordered the actual bags (neon drawstring bags), little medications for our survival kit, travel sewing kits, travel first aid kits, decks of playing cards, travel candles, personalized matchboxes, lens clothes for sunglasses, lanyards with ziplock badge holders for tip money & room keys, luggage tag holders, Shout wipes, and travel mugs. I really just want to order some packs of gum and SPF lip balms still. I've also been a Vistaprint crazy person today. I ordered business cards for luggage tags, business cards for tags for our travel mugs, and some other stuff. I feel very accomplished! We plan on giving our bags out a month before the trip, when travel documents are given out. Also, I found a seller on eBay with cheap decorator stuff: http://stores.ebay.com/lingsupplies
  4. This certain business card had the palm tree already in it, I just used the Advanced Editor to move it and add our monogram.
  5. I've been going Vistaprint crazy! LOL Key holder tags for lanyards/badge holders: Luggage tags: Menu cards: Shower thank you cards:
  6. Thank you for sharing and for all the links! I thought I had found the best deal on certain things, but you definitely beat me and I loved the lens cloth idea! Perfect!
  7. I love your planning thread and have "stolen" so many ideas! Did you find that the guests used the mugs? Also, can you share your template for the first aid kit sticker? Thanks! Denielle
  8. Too funny! We had actually looked at El Dorado Royale to have our wedding first but due to pricing for our guests, we went with The Royal. My TA went to El Dorado though and she said it is AMAZING!
  9. I've gotta say - I have NO complaints so far. My online wedding coordinator, Ana, is fabulous! My travel agent is fabulous! Every question is answered within hours and they haven't told me no about a thing. Yes, the vendor fee sucks, but we knew about it coming in thanks to this awesome thread. I've really enjoyed the planning and it's been stress free for me (except for family drama! LOL)
  10. I'm actually down near Atlantic City, so it was the Mays Landing store. They had a TON of beachy stuff - lots of decorations, frames, etc. I told DF yesterday that I'll be going back there to pick up more stuff! LOL

  14. I've been holding off on buying my OOT bags for 2 reasons - I want to see what my final headcount will be (I should know by Feb 17th since that's when final payments are due) and I want to see if Dollar Tree brings out anything good for spring. I plan on doing the photo who's who's either in Word or Powerpoint and then saving as an image and uploading to Vistaprint for a brochure - haven't started working on it yet.

  17. We are paying for the wedding ourselves, too. I got each of "my girls" a personalized wine glass and will be gift-bagging it with a bottle of wine as a "thank you" for my shower, so my mom and FI's mom will be included with those. But other than that, the only thing I got both sets of parents are personalized handkerchiefs from Etsy.

  19. Hi ladies! Most of us are in the "under 100-day" mark! How's everyone's to-do lists coming? Vistaprint projects Create little bag of wedding momentos for photos (invite, reply card, etc) Photograph list for wedding day Pick songs for video & highlight video, make CD Create music lists (ceremony, cocktail hour, finalize reception) Make ceremony music CD Favors (order shot glasses, order organza bags, order tags, pick up tequila in Mexico) Placecards (order frames, create business cards) Menu/Table #s (order luminarias from Etsy, buy votive candle holders & LED lights) Guestbook (buy pens, make sign, buy frame for sign) Sand ceremony stuff (buy sand - 2-4 colors) Program fans Hair trial Makeup trial Get hostess gifts for bridal shower (wine and gift bags for wine glasses) Order Best Man gift
  20. I ordered the guys' suits last night. 1 pre-set size and 3 custom. Studio Suits has already reached out to me about some measurements they thought were "off". Very fast. Will keep everyone posted! Thanks! Denielle
  21. For those of you looking for short sleeve linen shirts: http://www.menswearhouse.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay_10051_10561_10601_98147_-1_10561_WHITE_10051?cm_mmc=Channel%20Advisor-_-Comparison%20Shopping-_-Bing-_-Shopping%20Feed $13.99 or $17.49!
  22. Lisa- I just realized in looking at your planning thread that your planning thread is where I stole alot of my ideas from (Factory 21 for cups/shot glasses, the handkerchiefs, having "Mrs. Paynter" embroidered inside my wedding purse, etc.) - so thanks! Couple of questions - I think that I originally requested the beach in front of Pelicano's for my reception. What's the difference between where your reception was held and the beach in front of Pelicano's? Where did you order your table overlays and chair sashes from? Thanks! Denielle
