We have 49 people for our reception and the Classic Package was what worked out best for us, financially. It gave us everything we needed, and we just upgraded to a cocktail hour and private reception. Even with the upgrading, it was still cheaper than the Luxury Package for us.

If you are having doubts and money is an issue - postpone. Don't get married because you think you have to, you should be doing it because you want to.

Sorry, I don't really know the answers to the questions... but something to keep in mind, sometimes you are better off piecing together what you want based on a smaller/cheaper package. That's what I did. I made a spreadsheet to calculate the costs based on each package, and for me and what I wanted/needed, the Classic Package was the cheapest.

I booked for 8 hours. Our wedding is at 4pm, cocktail hour is 4:30-5:30 and then our reception is 5:30 - 9:30. I figured this gave us tons of coverage before and until the end of the wedding.

Awesome job, girl! I was just adding some things to our OOT bags, and when I look at all the stuff I created for free, it makes me super proud.

I think I used the same seller as this person - the seller is Factory_21. She is also on Etsy. I ordered 120 plastic shot glasses in the clear with a royal blue imprint of one of our monograms. They came out great and the plastic wasn't dinky at all!

We are only doing 1 person for each of us, but we did not pay for their hotel or airfare. I did pay my MOH's deposit, but that was because she was having a rough time and we needed to book her. We are paying for their wedding day clothing and buying them nice gifts.

Hi ladies! I'm cranking out my wedding projects, too! LOL. I put together our favors last night (personalized shot glasses & matchbooks in an organza bag with a Thank You tag). I'm waiting for the last item for our OOT bags to come in (first aid kits) and then my OOT bags will be done. I still need to finalize my music (only thing I'm waiting on is DF's song with his mother), my needed photograph list, purchase/assemble my luminarias, and DF needs to buy his gifts for his guys. I have my boudoir shoot on Sunday, which is exciting/nervewracking, lol.

Just wanted to let you know that I heard from Marvin after I emailed him this morning.

I just looked in my emails, and the last contact I had with him was on February 2nd. I plan on sending him an email about corsages, so I'll let you know if I hear anything.

I would love to see examples of the photobooks, too.

This is what my literature says about table setups: Private Reception is a 3 course menu and open bar for 3 hours w/ background music, location, tables with white table cloths, White Marble Candle holders, chairs with white chair covers, dance floor if requested. (Minimum 20 guests)

Morning brides! I can't believe I'm the next bride to be married! SO CRAZY. So, today our group's final payments are due to the travel agent for the trip. On Sunday, I have to forward my WC Ana our final guest list and our upgrades checklist. I've been working on our seating charts and our table setups. I'm attaching the file in case anyone is interested. I've been working on my OOT bags - they are almost done. I am waiting for 1 more item to come in (the first aid kits) and then they will be officially done. I need to stuff some of the bags this weekend with some stuff that has recently come in, and then I plan on doing a thread on here just for my bags. I have to go to the post office today to pick up some of my stuff that shipped from Hong Kong (chair sashes, table runners and organza bags). I I had my fitting for my dress this week after my initial try-on. It fits so much better (it was huge on me), and she pinned for my length. Next will be my bustle! Hope everyone is doing well!
