The last few weeks have been a whirlwind trying to find vendors and negotiate prices. Here is what I have so far: Resort-Booked at the Capella Airline tickets purchased Florist booked-Arete Floral Design (Ana is fabulous) DJ- Pacific Sound booked and great to work with Cake-Jennifer Hatton Photographer- Enrique Morales-Booked and very easy to correspond with Officiant-Ivonne at Capella is working on it Getting Blood work scheduled for legal ceremony. Purchased sand ceremony vases and some OOT bag items I feel like I am forgetting so much!! I still need to book a ceremony musician, chair rentals, decide on food and bev menu, favors.... WHAT AM I MISSING?!?!

Seriously? Why am I so excited about the OOT bags when my wedding is in December? I am already buying things to put in them!

My wedding is at the Capella Pedregal Hotel, but my guests are looking into staying at the Finisterra or Grand Playa. Has anyone stayed there or does anyone have any advice on which to choose?

I get different times for December as well....so frusterating. Ask your coordinator, she should be able to help!

Depends on the time of year. I am getting married in December and I have found that it is more expensive during the winter months. Go in the low season and you should be fine!

I ended up booking Enrique based on my resorts recommendation and the pictures on his website! He has been very easy to work with thus far!
