    My Dad is surprising me! SCARY! He is notorious for singing at events like this....sad thing is, hes not as great as he thinks he is! Don't get me wrong, hes not bad, but really...its so embarassing sometimes. Is it bad that I am 30 years old and still humiliated by this! I just KNOW he is going to sing and record something for them to play! :-/

    Welcome and congrats! I am getting married in Cabo December 2010. Whichever hotel you choose should have an on-site coordinator that can handle all of your needs. As for a binder, I found a destination check list and created my own with tabs for each vendor/detail. I then added pictures to each section that I found in magazines as a sort of look book. Now I am adding contracts and all correspondence with each vendor! Happy planning!

    It all depends on your budget. I am doing about 30 bags (1 per couple) and I am hoping to spend $1000.00 or under. With a destination wedding, its just a nice way of saying thanks for traveling all this way to be with us. Its a gesture...does not matter how much you spend, just make it special and it will be appreciated!
