lol, true enough, it's a little village of it's own here! Well, let's I went to Ami-Fer on St-Hubert for a bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding this July... and got the worst customer service ever, twice!! I also went there for my first-time wedding dress shopping... it was alright, but didn't find my dress. I ended up buying it at Creation Vezina in Laval. Other than that, I haven't done much wedding shopping yet!! We just officially booked the resort last week, so I'm in the process of hiring the photographer, videographer, DJ, makeup artist and hair stylist... plus asking about a gazillion question to the wedding coordinator at the resort, hahaha, no time for shopping! I'll probably get into it more in the coming weeks. Any stores to suggest?

I just noticed that the bride right before me is only coming back on March 20th... I'm afraid we won't have enough time to have it sent to me before March 27th... I should have looked at that earlier!! Do we have another clear starfish or is that the only one?

I got these from Etsy: Yvette at SDezigns was absolutely great to work with! I bought a regular design and she customized it to my wedding colors and wording that I wanted. The ones you show in this post are the actual cards she sent me. I was more than pleased!

I notice that most of you have your own logo printed on your OTT bags, luggage tags, etc... Did you design it yourself? Have it designed by someone else? I'm trying to figure out whether I could do my own or not... I don't have access to Photoshop, not that I would know how to use it anyways, but I do have access to Microsoft Publisher... if that is any good. Does anyone have any tips?

We are booking with Claudia Rodriguez for our March 2011 wedding. She has been great to deal with so far (and believe me, I sent her tons of emails!) and her work is beautiful.
