wedding website is a great way to get all the information to your guests. I think sending save the dates, resort info and then invitations is overkill but I understand wanted to get everything out in front of your guests.

Hi Stephanie, Congrats! Wow you are having a huge wedding there - it will be gorgeous To be honest I had a lot of trouble getting in touch with them at first as well. When I finally did things started to move along some what..they wait until they get close to the date to really hammer out all the detials. I have everything booked but still have a lot of work to do with them in terms of cake, food, music etc. I am working with the casa de campo wedding coordinator for everything - decor as well. When are you getting married? Have you be in touch with the wedding coordinator? If so who are talking with? I will send you everything I have to help you get moving along.

I didn't put attire info on my invites and opted to just have it on our wedding website. Only because there were so many things..rehearsal dinner, church, reception and farewell bfast....on the website I used whatever the resort stated the attire was for that specific venue then wrote something cute like "beach chic" as defined by Google as blah blah blah. I think beach chic is perfect for invitations - if anyone looks it up online they will see it means no flip flops, shorts etc.

Ladies I need some help! I am having a hard time deciding on whether to wear a veil or just some flowers in my hair. If i go for a veil I am not sure what type of veil will go with my dress..since it sort of has a lot going on I don't want to take away from the dress with anything over the top in terms of shoes or veil. Any suggestions? I was think of getting one or two flowers to match those on the dress and just wear my hair up and put the in the back of head ..no veil. For shoes I was thinking plan peek toes. I don't know..HELP PLEASE Here is my dress:

First let me say your dress is gorgeous!!!! I had a very similar situation..picked my 1st dress - a few months later while waiting for it to come in I decided I didn't like it anymore. I went on a dress bonanza and found another dress I had to have - so I bought the new dress and sold the 1st one on ebay since I couldn't cancel the order. Long story short you have to be happy with your dress no one else. I have also heard some girls say they changed their mind but then went and tried it on again and fell in love with it all over again! Its so hard - you want to look and feel like a million bucks that day..i say go try it on again and then go from there. I am getting married in May too and just went through this about a month ago ...good luck!

i wish I saw this sooner I actually am getting married in May as well but I just sent my invitations out - I didn't do save the dates though. I figured I wanted to give people a heads up in advance be able to plan their trip with ta, vacation time etc. i hope it wasn't too soon.

just ordered mine from zazzle - the prices were the same on all the sites...I did a ton of research so you are fine to end there...you can save the yankee logo as a picture and just use it as an image to create your own. They came out cute - I used the palm tree logo in my invites.

I know how you feel....we were picking a place for our DW, building our home (still are), both working 12 hours a day...its so overwhelming but as the other brides have said give yourself a budget 10K, 15K whatever - the pick a place in terms of what island, state, country etc and then it will start falling in place.. GOOD LUCK!
