    hello! I was thinking of having candy bar as well for our reception when we get back home! I thought this would be very creative instead of having more traditional deserts or another mini wedding cake. For my actual wedding i am having lots of paper lanterns. We are going to string them all up in the garden for our AHR and thought about buying little chinese take out boxes that people could fill with candy:) sort of keeps along a similar theme:)

    i also had a root canal done on a front tooth which had been crowned. There was some discomfort following the procedure but not to the degree that you seem to be describing. I would give your dentist a ring and maybe just describe to him what you are feeling. No need to stay in pain any longer then necessary. Feel better!

    I think i like the pink for a destination wedding, adds a beautiful splash of color:) I think i would go with the white bow for more traditional type of wedding:) but in the end it is all about what you like!

    I felt the same way. I told my mom and sister that i they insisted on throwing me a shower, i wanted no gifts since people were already spending so much coming to the wedding. That did not fly people really wanted to bring a little something, so I went to register but made sure to keep the gifts in a very affordable price range, or if people felt so inclined they could contribute a little something to our honeymoon fund:)

    Hello! Well i got engaged in October of 2008 and am getting married in June 2010. I pretty much decided on the resort right away and sent out my invitations pretty early to give people lots of time to plan if they did in fact want to come to the wedding. I have the tendency to change my mind a lot, and even though i started to plan right away, a lot has changed from my original ideas of what i thought i wanted. So take your time, but I would say that if you want to start now go for it. After all it is your day, so you want it to be just right

    I went to the last bridal salon, but i found that it was not really helpful for me. B/C there are so many vendors, for renting tuxes, dj's, limo's, photographers,beauty salon's and because we are having a destination wedding all those things did not apply to us. But it is still kind of fun to go, i was still pretty excited!~
